Had a scheduled appointment, drove 25 minutes for said appointment, no one ever answered the phone, the door, even called to cancel my appointment, nothing. Complete waste of time and just prolonged my process to renew my nursing license. I could’ve went somewhere else and been done. Very frustrating.

Called. Recording said they were open. Went there 10 minutes later. Rang the bell twice and waited. Looked around and opened the door right next to it to see if there was anyone that could help me. Didn't see or hear from any person. Waited a couple of minutes and then just left.

I guess it just wasn't in the cards today. I just needed a couple of copies and their sign says "copying". How inconvenient and what a waste of my time!

Once an appointment was made, the process was completed in about 15 minutes. However, the annoying dog yapping throughout the timeline 10 feet from the desk was unnecessary. Kindly provide a non-work area when customer is present.

Very kind person! Cleaned the finger scanner in front of me, as a nurse I appreciate that! I showed up for my appointment early and the gentleman was nice and let me in early!

Showed up to my appointment, rang the doorbell about 4 times and waited, knocked, called multiple times with no answer… left a voicemail and did not hear back. No one ever called me back a week later but I did receive an email thanking me for coming in and using them… I emailed back and explained what happened, of-course did not hear back from that either. It’s very unprofessional and I would not recommend them at all based on this experience.

In the past being fingerprinted has been a dreaded procedure for me because the people doing it would have a hard time getting a good print. Aaron got the prints with little trouble. The process was quick and easy.

I was not able to get my prints done the office was closed after I drove 2 hours to have them done. No email on cancellation or call regarding office closure.

Drove an 1.5 hrs to be greeted by a sign saying "had a family emergency". I understand things happen but atleast call, or leave a text message.
