I've been a patient here for over a year and I have been put on hold EVERY TIME I called. I was told I would be called back (Thanks Jessica!) and then when I called again a week later I was told "we don't typically call patients back. " If you're looking for an experience that really drives home just how fascist America's "health care system" has become, this place NAILS IT! Horrible customer service, rude staff and one person in the entire facility that even acts like a human being (Ashley Baldiga deserves better)

What an amazing office full of really nice people. Made me feel so comfortable. Prompt and knowledgeable and very friendly. Highest Recommendation!

I'm so glad that I changed to this doctor Kira Fenton. She's great she takes the time to make sure you understands everything in you records.

They’re terrible highly Not recommended don’t waste your time. Been there twice & both times unsatisfied. Dr seemed un compassion or caring or just not approachable. Staff takes long time to answer phone & when they do asked to please hold on as they take care of other duties or patients. Sent me to do labs twice & both times after fasting Quest never received orders. Went to my appt & somehow someone took me off & yet wouldn’t see me because I was sick & was told they don’t see sick patients only by video or tele med? I mention how can you know what the patient has or diagnosed without doing vitals, listening to my chest or lungs etc. I had to go to urgent care, and the provider found that I had bronchitis and there’s no way you can do that through TeleMed unless you physically check the patient… Find another provider….

They are all very nice & listen to your issues and problems. Dr. Fenton follows up with me to make sure I am doing better. Staff was very helpful in getting paperwork filled out correctly that my job needed filled out. Fantastic team.

Amazing staff and one of the nicest doctors offices I’ve ever been too. They work quickly and efficiently and were just a pleasure to deal with!

Scheduled wellness/annual appointment to see Dr. Kira and instead was initially seen by a male dr which was not my preference. Dr. Kira’s did eventually appear to ask the same questions as the male resident. She doesn’t have the best bedside manner and at the end was charged much more than my co-pay because I mentioned feeling fatigued after recently traveling. Nothing was even prescribed. Healthcare is a game for fools it seems. Will not return.

Dr. Fenton and her team are an absolute pleasure. I’m so glad to be a patient of this office. If you are looking for a doctor who truly cares about the well being of her patients then you need to come see Dr Fenton ASAP!

Absolutely amazing place. The staff is great and My Ashley (Dr.) Is great she listens cares and her bed side manner is the best.

Wow. The people in this office actually care and are very efficient in what they do. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Fenton with the utmost precision and care. The office manager Debbie was so kind and helpful in making sure I felt comfortable through my experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Great staff. Answered all my questions and the online patient process was simple and quick. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

I had made this appointment over 3 weeks ago.
Unfortunately the people at the front desk scheduled me for the wrong day for the particular office visit I was coming in for. Dr. Fenton was in the office but nor her or her staff honor the appointment even if it was a staff error.
The staff and Dr were very we will make an exception and see you tomorrow.
I explained to them I work and have a difficult schedule.
Won’t be going back

I am so happy that I found Dr Fenton. Coming from NYC was challenging to find someone who listens, cares, spent time with me. I did not feel rushed at all. Very thorough Doctor. Truly a gem. Staff is just a wonderful.
