This company rewired our home in TIOGA and did a fantastic job as our home was completely remodeled; unbelievable job and electricians were very professional. This company also handles our commercial warehouse. We strongly recommend.

I have used Preston Link twice, with a different team each time. The guys were all polite and professional. They were very pleasant about my being a rather "involved" homeowner, and they helped me generate ideas for relocation of switches etc.for my renovation. I loved that they cleaned up after themselves - and I mean the little ends of wires and bits of paper. These are the things that dogs and puppies eat while owners are writing checks for the work! This company is my go-to from now on - but plan ahead, because they do stay busy!

Our electricians came right on time, did exactly what we asked them to do, and even cleaned up behind themselves. Everything works as they said it would and the price was very fair. We will definitely be using them again if we need any more work done.

We recommend Preston Link Electric. They fixed our electrical problems after a storm knocked down a tree that pulled down our powerlines and our meter box. They were very professional and came out when no one else we called would.

The best things of note was how responsive they were every step of the way. I booked in advance, they had the scope of work, outlined what they would be doing, how long it would take, texted morning of on the way aka on time! 10 outa 10! Easiest part of our reno process.

I needed to upgrade my standby generator because it was too small and was improperly installed by another electrician a few years ago. Will and his team at Preston Link Electric straightened out the tangled mess and got the new generator professionally installed. I knew they would. They are my go-to electricians now: always prompt, courteous, and professional. They take pride in their work, and it shows. I highly recommend Preston-Link Electric!

Matt and his team were great. We were in a bind with a difficult to reach entryway pendant that needed to be replaced. The team at Preston Link Electric made it happen quickly, safely and economically. Great communication. We'd definitely use again.

My experiences with Preston Link Electric have all been top notch. Matt Gera is a straight shooter and he and his employees have always provided me with great service and quality work to me at a fair price. The are problem solvers that were able to adapt quickly to the challenges in the electrical configurations at my home which is older, and did great work that I have been satisfied with. All the employees who have come to my jobs have been great as well- thorough, personal, and respectful. I highly recommend Preston Link Electric and will continue to use them for my electrical needs.

A friend recommended Preston and I was blown away with how quickly they were able to come diagnose and fix our issues. They repaired two outlets which were inoperable and replaced a GFI that was blown (new to us condo). Very nice, very quick and very reasonably priced. My only regret in providing this review is that they might get too busy!

I've worked with a lot of contractors in my years but Matt and the team at Preston are top notch! Matt helped obtain a permit for me that was stuck for months by my main contractor and Will and the team have been amazing to work with on my complete electrical redo of a house that I'm remodeling! They are very knowledgeable, professional and responsive! Would highly recommend!

Preston Link Electric installed can lights in my kitchen, everything seemed fine. Then a little over a year later this one started to fall down, so I called Preston Link again to come fix it. Preston link charged me about $100 to come "fix" it again. Now a little over a year later again the light is once again falling, so I called Preston Link again. They said they would call me back, but no Preston Link employee called me about this issue. They should've reinstalled the light to fix the issue, but they dont stand behind their work. I dont suggest anyone use Preston Link Electric.

I had the privilege to work with Preston Link Electric thru a staffing agency. Great group of guys and very professional.

Do not use. Terrible company and customer service. Hired to do an inspection. When asked if they were going to check the actual wiring the electrician said he was unwilling to do that and would need another crew. When called the business they at no point acknowledged that their electrician refused to do the job he was hired for. Kept defending that electricians action. The worst company I have worked with in Gainesville.

Electricians worked steadily, very respectful, took care of all our electrical needs and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them.

We hired this company to install new floodlights out back, since our house had none. Getting consistent communication was fine at first, but as I had more questions closer to the appointment date it was spotty. The guys that did the work were professional, but they apparently messed something up in the wiring of my kitchen that took out the kitchen and dining room lights. There was absolutely no form of accountability for the mistake. I called and was put on a waitlist to get someone out to my house, but my husband and I work so it was extremely challenging to meet them on demand. I even received attitude from the manager when I expressed concern. They had more of a "we'll get to it when we get to it" attitude, no apology or sense of urgency at all. They eventually got someone out to fix it, and said that I'd be emailed the bill. I never received anything and had to contact them again for a receipt. Maybe I got them on an off day because they have such great reviews, I don't know. But I had a very poor experience with this company.

I called Preston Link Electric at the last minute when a new water heater needed a new electric connection. They got us an appointment quickly even though they were busy. Very pleasant and professional service.
