Horrible place, i used to see Dr. Rose who was great, although the office sucked i stayed with her, she left the practice and now i have found a new doctor and called for my medical records, they said they are unable to email me a form to get my records sent to my new primary that i would have to drive in to fill it out, i am almost an hour from their office, total lack of caring on their part, if i could leave 0 stars I would!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I was a patient of an apparently previous MD at this practice, when trying to schedule an appointment I was told that I was no longer a patient. Don't they let people know about these things? She proceeded to tell me it was my fault since I had not been in. I let her know that I had not been in because I have not been sick. She pretty much said ohh well. I then tried to get set up as a patient with Dr. Rahangdale and was told after several phone calls trying to work this out that he was not going to take me as a patient because I have not been in in 2 year and you are supposed to keep up your relationship with your doctor. As I am sick and trying my hardest with no voice to work all of this out so that I can be seen she actually told me all of this. This office has the worst customer service I have ever seen. And getting an appointment to get in to be seen is very difficult. When you are sick being told that you cannot be seen for days is unacceptable.

Dr Rose is a very fine physician but sadly the office is abysmal. I have had issues with drug renewals repeatedly, and last year both my surgeon and I had to badger them for my preop approval. They have only recently started taking debit or credit cards but you will be charged 3%. I watched a woman who came in for a flu shot sit for 45 minutes before she was finally told they didn't have the injection she had made an appointment to get. The front desk does their best but they are kept in the dark. And by the way, there is no cardiologist on staff.

Front office is rude, everytime I have gone they screwed up my billing to the insurance company. They bill/code visits beyond what they actually are. I am supposed to receive a wellness visit each year provided by my insurance, but this office always bills something in addition to that, so I have to pay out of pocket. Dishonest, lost another patient.

I am very sensitive to smells and the office has a very strong chemical smell that started to give me a headache after a while. BUT Dr. Rose is awesome and I will keep going back to her. She spent a lot of time with me, listened to my concerns and gave me some tips to try. She's the first doc I haven't felt rushed by and the first to really listen to me. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with this office's policies. After relocating to Tallahassee, I wanted to find a Primary Care Physician just in case. This office was in-network for me, and preventive care was covered by my Florida Blue insurance at 100%, so I made a basic wellness check appointment.

Unbeknownst to me, this office refuses to code any patient's first visit as a wellness check, even if it's a.wellness check, so I had to pay ~$200 out of pocket. I appealed, and our benefits people have reached out to the office several times to get them to re-code the visit to what it actually was, but they won't budge. Dishonest. I will not be going back.

I can’t say enough about how great Dr. Failma has been. I am truly blessed to have him as my doctor. He is a wonderful and caring doctor.
