Priced Right Keels and Wheels, Punta Gorda FL

If you are in the market for a new boat, AVOID Keels and Wheels on 41 between Ft. Meyers and Punta Gorda. They were attentive and sensitive to all our needs, until we purchased the boat. Their follow up service is by far not up to standard, they do not stand behind their service and refuse to repair our boat that was damaged when in their possession. I DO NOT recommend this company!

Highly Recommend Priced Right Keels and Wheels. Brian and his team are class acts and customer service is number one to them! If you are in the market for any toys check them out!

I recently bought a boat from them and I am very happy with the boat and the buying experiense. Steve was very helpful and direct and the process was smoth and everything as agreed. After a couple pf weeks my trimming motor broke down (it was a used boat w/o warranty and w/o trailer) I contacted Steve and ket him know what happen and he took care of me and in a matter of few days (wich is impressive nowadays) I had my boat pick up, fixed and deliver and they provided all this service for completelly free. Thanks also to Rick and Miller. You guys have my apreciation.

We purchased a 2022 Stott Craft from Steve here - Started our boat search here went from Naples to Port Charlotte for a couple weeks looking at used boats. Came back here and happily purchased our " New" boat which these guys decked out and rigged for us. I never heard of the boat brand but after further research turned out they have been building for decades and just not mass produced. We love our boat so far. Great customer service and they delivered it to our marina. All the technicians were helpful! Highly recommend.

I’ve been looking for a fishing boat for some time. Found one that I liked on line that was at Keels and Wheels, so decided to make the hour plus drive. Best thing I could have done! There were so many boats on the lot, that I immediately thought it was a consignment shop…nope, all boats owned by them. They had an excellent selection! They also have their own service department. The owner, Bryan, told me that all boats are thoroughly looked over from bow to stern, and that when he puts them on the lot for sale, everything works. I purchased a boat that day and they did everything for me: title, registration for boat and trailer, warranty transfer, etc. This is a first class operation, and an owner who knows his business and cares. I took my boat out for it’s “maiden voyage” yesterday, and just like Bryan said, everything works!

Boat isn't exactly what I was expecting, but it was set up wrong from new. It wasn't Keels and Wheels fault, they tried some things to make it work better, but its still not right. There were some other issues and they made good on those things. I guess you just need to know what you're buying, I was too green. Dealer was good for his word.

These people are straightforward and work with you. We purchased a boat and are quite happy with the whole process.

When I bought my 2010 Sea Chaser Bay Runner and closed, I was very satisfied with the transaction. Steve (sales guy) was very helpful and friendly. After putting around 25 hours on the boat, I asked my mechanic to install a new GPS on it since it had an old one. Out of curiosity, he went to open the compartment in the transom where the fuel/water separator is located and saw it being at least 2 years old (look at picture). It seems that the supposedly "100 hour service" they performed, wasn't done or done correctly. This situation just really got to me because I paid top money for it since they didn't reduce the price of the boat much.
Unfortunately my mechanic said "how do you know if they changed the other parts they were supposed to? ". He is right, I don't. Now I will have to spend $350 on service cost + parts cost which is around $400.
If you do business at this dealer, make sure all the services have been done.unfortunately I failed to check that part but at the end, I'm not a mechanic. Only reason why they are getting 2 stars is because Steve was very apologetic.

Poor Customer communication and lack of attention to detail from my advisor Rick. If I didn’t initiate any type of inquiry about my boat I would not have a clue what’s going on. Good thing I got it all on text. June 2021 Heres what happen
Drop off Monday 14th 10am
Estimate 21st 4pm, I asked if they could work with a budget and do certain repairs I didn’t get a response until 24th at 10: 30am
Notified Work was completed July 2nd 3: 30pm but detailer was gone and I could pick up in the late morning mid afternoon.
I called 5x and left 1 voicemail and 2 texts trying to verify it was completed.
Finally get text back from owner at 7: 30pm saying that he can meet me at the ship in the am, which was very cool seeing how it’s the morning 4th of July at that point. Decided to let it sit until they opened Tuesday July 6th and pick it up only to find they ripped the wire harness off the trailer somehow and nobody knows or seen anything even though they took the time to tie it to the winch.
Thank god the tech actually took the time to explain what was going on because Rick was lost and has no real clue about I/O
Owner says the boat was a mechanical nightmare to justify how the operation is run. Good to know the boat with 75 hours is a nightmare. After you catch me for 2k$ in repairs and let me know the night before I want to pick it up lol.
