They went above and beyond to help with other things outside their responsibility to ensure everything went perfectly for us.

We moved here from illinois and needed help navigating to homes and areas. They were able to get me into a rental quicker than finding one myself. Within days of getting to Florida we had multiple viewings on houses. Michelle and Marty are very knowledgeable about the are and the homes themselves. Marty found us the best houses and Michelle went above and beyond to get the best price. Marty and Michelle couldn’t have been better to work with when we were looking for our house. We did not know anything about the area and they took the time to help us get oriented to Cape Coral and the various areas. They were very knowledgeable and patient and never rushed us. My property manager is Michelle Linenko. I live in Memphis and in the Fall of 2021, I purchased a single-family home in Cape Coral as an investment to be used as a personal residence in a few years when I retire. In the meantime, the plan was to the lease the home. I have not lived in Florida previously and had no family or contacts in the area. At the real estate closing, I was referred to Michelle and we have been working together since that time and I am completely satisfied with her services. I never heard from her that's not my job or maybe you should find someone else to help. Michelle just jumped right in and strategically operated to locate and recommend needed service providers, overseeing the work progress and quality, while keeping me informed of the entire process. The home has now been fully restored and not only is the asset back on the rental market, but we are in the process of finalizing a new one-year lease. Michelle Linenko is the best! She receives my unqualified recommendation!

Mom now 90 years old in her own home living in Cape Coral by herself with no family in Florida is forced to an Assisted Living facility for health reasons. I don't know anybody in Florida but we had to move mom out of her home of 30 years right away. There were other companies that offered to put tenants in Mom's home But without checking their ability to pay! Their idea was to get a tenant in and good luck. Mom needed the money from the rental of her property to live in the assisted facility here in Cape Coral. Michelle Linenko came to our rescue. Michelle has been handling this area for many years and knows the area and real-estate market extremely well. Michelle is very friendly, kind, caring, and very knowledgeable and will work hard for you like she did for me and my family a year and a half ago and continues to each and everyday. Moms family is 1500 miles away and things like air conditioning and garbage disposals break and Michelle has as part of her amazing team an awesome gentleman by the name of Mark who can fix anything on a budget and always with an understanding of your needs! Just another example of an amazing team of people dedicated to help you in your time of need. I cannot tell you how happy we are with Michelle and Priceless.
