This is my third time here with an appointment and is amazing what irresponsable and lack of management is this doctors office. Who is the owner of this place? Are you paying for a manager that don’t do anything to improve the processes? If you are not able to attend all patients why you assign appointments every 15 minutes? A totally mess.

This is my first review

Even with an appointment you should wait almost two hours to get service. Apparently there is not any responsable or managing at this doctors office. Everybody was complaining and they didn’t care.

Staff is really rude, and dont give certain answers, trying to get some paper work sent from the doctor, never got it.

Got people working for the on the optical, they disappeared without a trace, and the office people, simply has no answers, or have no clue, were the money goes. Awful, awful

My dr switched to this practice-total nightmare trying to get my prescription now. Called 3x this week trying to get thyroid refilled. Had 3 different employees, explained 3 different times and kept calling Walgreens to see if the script made it there. Also gave them option if I needed blood work to send me a script for that through email. After the 3rd try this week I gave up, got a new doctor and have appt Monday. WoW, nust WoW. Who has this much time to call 3x?

Horrible customer service! You can never get anyone to answer the phone or return a call! My husband needs to C pap machine replaced and I can't get anybody to talk to me it's ridiculous

I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to call the office using the main number and I've been placed on hold for more than 20 minutes each time and no one has come to the phone. I have sent messages via website and emails and received no response. My father is an existing patient and has been for the last few years. I've never experienced anything like this. I understand the company is now merging with Cano and I don't know how the phones are being handled now but I can tell you that what you have going on now is unacceptable. I can't get anyone on the phone, I can't schedule an appointment, I can't get any of his referrals. So unprofessional.

I've been trying to cancel my appointment for 2 days. Each time I have called, I have waited over a half hour. Because of their hours, I have to take the time out of my work day to call. I still have not been able to cancel my appointment.

Worst medical care provider ever! They never answer the phone and getting a prescription is impossible. Hold times are over an hour and customer service is horrible. I've yet to get my prescription and it's been weeks

The appointment was at 2: 30. We arrived at 1: 40 knowing that we would still wait until our scheduled appointment. It is now 4: 47 and the Doctor hasn’t seen come in yet. Regardless of the fact that this place closes at 5. Save your time and schedule at another pcp location.

This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in healthcare, I have experienced better service in "third-world countries" These folks rarely follow up on stuff they need to follow up on, it happened to me twice with them. After 3 visits I never got treated for what I originally went for. I now have my records and am going somewhere else, no thanks.

If I could possibly give a quarter of a star I would. With so many new locations this has become more like a business than the medical care facility I have truly received in the past. You call for prescription via their patient portal or by calling their number the nurse claims they have no message. Call to make an appointment, you be prepared to enjoy the music for 10-15 mins. To request for a prescription, you have to make special appointment. The entire focus is to get the patient in. You make an appointment asking specifically for an MD Doctor when really sick and have many health issues going on and keep calling them to confirm you are told by the front desk yes, no worry see you soon the Dr.is here. As soon as you sign in you are told you will be seen by another Doctor. When you are put in the patient room then you are seen by a PA who has absolutely no clue of not only your current illness but no clue about ten other things going on with you. You need to help the PA find your medication in the patient history and feel blessed at least you now will have the medication. Had been sick for few weeks, couldn’t go to work almost for a month and now sick again; asked the PA a note for the employer and was told you don’t need anything just go to work when you feel better. Really? Don’t need this brilliant answer as the employers don’t work like this. Needed a damn medical note for my continued absence. Stuck with HMO and becoming a guinea pig trying out a variety of professionals. What a shame that they can’t even tell the patient before time whom they will see. With everything going on in my life, I didn’t need such a brilliant answer go to work when you feel better. I know it and that is why have been carrying for myself and had been home trying to recuperate. I needed a damn Dr’s note with a reason and few pills to get back to life.

I would recommend the Florida medical office because the are very friendly, polite, and they assist me with everything that I needed. I love the girls at the check in and check out. I really appreciate the team lead manager Gurshin because she was very nice and assist me through the check in and check out process. Thank you to the FMC location.

Waited all day on prescriptions after seeing the doctor at 11am. Called the miserable call center twice to get a message to someone about what meds I was needing.no response. CVS has nothing for me again after 6 hours. Looks like the ER will be a better choice from now on. Been going there almost 20 years and now it’s terrible.

The people who work at the front desk were rude, I was waiting for almost 3 hours with appointment, but the waiting time is horrible. 2 patients cancelled their appointment because they were waiting so long. Finally, after almost 3 hours I had to cancel my appointment. The front desk ladies no one cared about patient's waiting time. I think they overbook the appointments. I do not recommend this location. Very disappointed.

Is always something. Staff unprofessional no empathy no return calls long holds always have to speak to supervisor just did a test no one knows nothing about test. Im so mad.

The only reason I don’t give this place 5 is because the people who answer the ‘appointment line’ need to work on their customer service skills. Everyone else has been extremely helpful.

I had the pleasure of connecting with Gurshin, a Team Lead Manager, at the Florida Medical Office. I must express, I was beyond pleased with the level of care she provided. From the moment I walked through the door, she greeted me with a smile and immediately offered assistance. Not only did she show a willingness to help but she was very empathetic, as I wasn’t myself that day. When you come across wonderful staff, it shouldn’t go unnoticed and I would definitely visit this office again!

Team lead/Manager Gurshin Raymond cares about her patients and does whatever it takes to fix the problem. She is a dream come true. I have never had a front desk provider listen so enthusiastically and without rushing me. Polite, thorough, compassionate, listens and addresses my health concerns. "

I would recommend PCP of FL to any of my friends and family who need any medical services. With 12 locations and over 25 providers that can be offered, there are always able to accommodate you if you need to be seen the same day. They also offer an abundance of specialty care and transportation. With both the staff and physicians providing great service and care, i wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I made an appointment for a physical the nurse admin asked me why I was there I said when I made the appointment I told them. She was so rude Julissa at the Taft location was her name rude and crude I’m sorry they need to teach there staff how to deal with patients. The work experience I’ve ever had I will be finding another doctor today. Leslie Knight

I have been a patient of this office for 5 years and i can honestly say that the from the doctors all the way done to their staff my exprience has been great. One thing that i really like is that if you doctor is not available you have other options tosee any one else at any of their other locations. I'm really glad i picked this office as my primary.
