I haven’t always been the best about my dental hygiene. However, as I’m having more concerns with said hygiene, such as cavities or tooth extractions like a wisdom tooth, I had been looking for a dental office that would suit my needs. Prime Dental Group Doral has surpassed my expectations and here’s why. The location of prime dental group in Doral has more than enough FREE parking which is not even a main reason but notable these days. Upon arrival I’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by May who has excellent customer service but beyond that has an excellent understanding of the progression of my visits and is truly working with the doctor to make sure we’re all on the same page about the progress of my dental hygiene. The Prime Dental Doral location has a small waiting room than most dental offices that are bigger but it sets the tone of QUALITY and CONSISTENCY in service rather than high overturn and poor quality service. Doctor Oscar is kind and easy to work with as well as the two technicians which have worked on my cleaning and first cavity filing. The entire experience has been pleasant at Prime Dental Doral and as I do have some more serious procedures coming up that I’m concerned about such as 4 wisdom teeth extractions. I’m relieved to find a doctor and team that I TRUST and that work with you to make sure you’re set up for success. I also want to note that price has been a concern for me from the start but thanks through insurance and the work done by Prime Dental they are prioritizing the critical dental issues and financial concerns appropriately. Prime Dental group is excellent, dr Oscar Castro is tremendous in his field, he did a great job with my crowns. Currently dr Elizabeth is taking care of me and she’s also amazing and I’m very thankful with all of them. I strongly recommend Doral Prime Dental to anyone, they also have the best staff in Miami, the doctors should be proud of them.

All staff are very professional, offices are always super clean and comfortable, they respect your time as scheduled, plus it has a very good location! I definitely recommend them!

This office is very clean and has the best Customer Service. Dr. Castro is gentle and explains his procedure in details. The staff is very caring and always willing and able to assist you. I am very happy to have this office as my dental office.

Dr. Castro Jr. & staff where wonderful! Great customer service as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by May with a great smile and was helped with my new patient paperwork and insurance information before I knew it I was brought in. The office was impeccable & Dr. Castro explained everything that would be done that day before anything was started putting my nerves at ease. On top of it they entertained my son while I had my cleaning done truly providing me with a moment of tranquility and peace of mind. I hands down recommend this office they exceeded my expectations, 5 stars are simply not enough

PRIME DENTAL GROUP with Dr. Oscar L. Castro Jr.the best! Honestly a great dental clinic. For me one of the best in Florida. Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Oscar L. Castro Jr.is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. This place is amazing! I decided to make a change and finally make the jump on fixing my teeth for both my health and to also be able to smile in pictures. The office manager, May, helped me create a plan in order to achieve my goal:). Staff and doctors were extremely helpful. I honestly have never felt so at ease/comfortable at a dentist office prior to coming to Prime Dental @ Doral. The staff is wonderful, always greeting you with a smile. May is amazing & Dr. Castro is gentle yet thorough & takes his time explaining every treatment plan & expected outcomes.

The best people. I have never been comfortable going to the dentist until Prime Dental. I have no fear anymore going to my dentist.

**Update** It’s been over a year since I began coming to prime dental I continue to have a positive experience with the Dr and all the staff at this location. They have been accommodating with my changing work schedule and are always kind and understanding when I need to adjust. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done and scheduling has always been easy plus everyone is so kind every time I come in. They are thorough with the cleanings and honest about the health of your teeth without any kind of judgement which was always a fear of mine prior to coming to prime. I plan to work my way towards eventually getting some braces in and am excited to be doing so here at prime.

Went for my first appointment after hearing great things from my husband and had a great experience. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel so comfortable while you are there. You feel like it’s a family environment. I was so nervous about going to get my teeth checked since I know I had not been properly taking care of them as I should. They made me feel so much more relaxed and I did not feel any judgement at all just super nice and ready to help me get my teeth and gums healthy as they should be. I just started my journey to fixing my teeth and I already feel more confident after the cleaning I had. I Highly recommend Prime dental group if you are in need of an amazing new dentist!
