Prime Hotel, Miami Beach FL

Loved this room and the establishment itself was just amazing. The only thing was the entrance to the room was through the restaurant. After driving a long time then trying to come to your room thru a fancy dining room was not my best look. But the 24 hour pool was the best feature.

Travelocity advertised complimentary parking for guess but when we arrive we where advised we would need to pay.

I loved this hotel and the front desk staff. It was a easy check in process. Room was clean and fit the pictures exactly. I loved that every room has a balcony so we definitely enjoyed that. There's a bar in the lobby but my itinerary was so busy we didn't get to enjoy it. I love the décor in the hotel and all the mirrors throughout the hotel. We did get a chance to enjoy the rooftop pool that's open 24 hour, the water was warm. LOVED IT!

This is a bitter sweet review. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend. We checked out Sunday at 9: 45 am since we are local. I went home and I noticed that my wedding ring and band were missing I immediately called the hotel and the person who was at the front desk told me that they already cleaned the room and no one said anything about founding the rings but he will go and asked to the house keepers. He returned and told me that they founded the rings. I immediately told him that I was on my way to the hotel. When I was half way he called me back and told me that the housekeeper doesn’t speak English good and he misunderstood them and they didn’t have my rings. I told him I was on my way he said if u want to come come but we don’t have them. I arrived to the place and this guy at the front desk was so rude and I asked him to talk to the housekeeper since I speak Spanish and I asked him to please called the manager. The front desk guy started yelling at me and telling me to get the Fu$&& out of his face and started insulting me in a horrible way. He told me to go fu$&@ my self to the point that I had to called the police and get out of the hotel for my own safe. The police arrived and we went back inside. The housekeeper were there waiting for me to go out to the room and check everything at this point this animal in the front desk was quit because the police officer was with me. I proceeded to go to the room to check everything and fortunately they still had the garbage bag from my room we went through it and my rings were in the garbage. I’m glad I found them but the way this person treated me was horrendous I was so afraid and nervous people like him shouldn’t work as front desk. I am disappointed at this place management even the workers there told me this front desk guy has anger issues. This company needs to fire this violent person at the front desk. Besides him all of the staff was nice.

I had an amazing time in Miami. The best costumer service from Alejandro. He was nice, attentive, and answered all my questions. The best and 5 stars to Alejandro! The thing I didn’t like about the room was the bathroom! You’re able to see everything from the room through the glass. If you go with a group of friends you won’t have any privacy at all! Also, beware of the surcharge fee. You only get 1 free water bottle not 2 although on the welcome card they tell you to enjoy the free cookies and water! I never got my money back from the other water bottle because it wasn’t specific. I wish the fridge was empty too!

Of a hotel in south beach. It’s private, in proximity to so much and the best part is the staff. Front desk and service folks are amazing. I will be back again and again

Room had potential, nice space and great location, but when I arrived I found hair all over the bathroom and what looked to be blood stained sheets. The key I was given stopped working everytime, after 1 use. So I would constantly have to go down to front desk and ask to Reprogram it, on 2nd night there, we came back at 3am and no one was working at hotel from 3-7, and was locked out my room, my wife had to sit in front of the door for a hour, while I went behind they desk and called every number I seen until I got a manager, they told me to use the master key that was actually sitting there for anyone to grab.after all that I still tried to like this place but fast forward, I paid a 150 deposit that I was told would be returned that day, 3 days later I called they said after 5-7 day, now 10 days later still no deposit! I wish I just stayed somewhere else at this point, I’d never return here and won’t recommend!

A hidden gem! There are so many hotel options in Miami Beach and I chose this after phoning the front desk and asking a few questions and found they were super friendly. I was not disappointed!

The room was modern and the bed comfortable. Two full walls of windows brining in tons of natural light with floor to ceiling curtains as needed. The bathroom spacious and luxurious. Upon arrival there were fresh baked cookies in my room. If you’re sensitive to light, bring your eye mask as the bathroom window is not blackout and shines into the room.

There is a rooftop pool with cabanas and free cold water. The hotel itself is small and boutique. The location amazing. The staff friendly and extremely accommodating.

They don’t add on fees like every other hotel in Miami. A refreshing stay of what a hotel should be. 100% will stay again

We had the best time here! The staff was friendly and super helpful. I was hesitant at first to book since this is not a traditional hotel, but I'm so happy we chose to stay here. The room was comfy and quiet and the roof top was private and peaceful. I enjoyed the detox water and complimentary housemade chocolate chip cookies. We were within walking distance to everything and the beach was right across the street. We will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel staff, especially Luis and the other front desk attendants are extremely incompetent. Never stay here.

Stayed recently and provided a credit card for incidentals. The card was ONLY used at this hotel and random non-hotel charges popped up on my credit card.
