I live in Florida and I dropped a few loads and mt trailers here before heading to home time guy who runs this is okay sometimes he’s super cool and sometimes kind of rude just depends on the day I guess. Dirt lot a lot of space if you get unloaded late and need a place to park the Loves and the rest area on I-4 will be full so you can head here and park without a hastle. Code is PRIAU1
This place is absolutely amazing. Every time I come here the staff is so nice they treat me like family easy parking. I’ve never had any issues coming here. You can also get trip sheets and COM data checks. I absolutely love it here. Prime tries to go over and beyond to make sure that their employees are in safe facilities when they’re resting up or trying to find parking.
The people here are always friendly and on top of this yard's operations. This is my normal Yard when I go home and they're always good to me!
5 star for the good location, but that place needs an upgrade, I know the boss man can give us a nice facility if he wanted to, as the saying goes "if you build it they'll come " more new drivers will come.
Been with this company 7 years, good yard. Bathrooms are decent, owners are good people and keep the lot organized. Tough to park in Lakeland but PRIAU1 has us covered and there's a Wawa on the corner and a good Chinese joint. Showers would be nice but there's a Loves a couple of miles away you could easily bobtail to so the location is, wait for it, PRIME real estate. Haha.
It's a dirt lot but it's a HUGE one and has secured access too.
