Eric was fantastic. He is always available to answer questions regarding our system. Upon the most recent visit, he helped us put our cameras back on Wifi and took the time to provide us with new updated cameras. He is informative and made sure to come back in the day when my husband was available. He did not make us feel like we had to get anything new but definitely provided detailed information to the other offers available.thanks Eric! Appreciate all your help in keeping our family protected!

Kelvin came to do the install a few days later. He completed all work, was friendly, and even took to the time to reset our door lock and explained all the features to our new system. He was super nice even while my dogs sat and barked for multiple minutes. Great team of individuals and never have had bad experience thus far.

ADT Manager came by after we moved in. We were planning to get the security system anyway but he made it very quick & easy. Max, who did the install was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful.

It was a great experience with the explaining for the adt unit and installation was quick and everything was a great experience.

It worked properly for about 3week and not I can't see the camera on the outside of the house stating offline. Filled out form on atd no help no call back, none of the service they give when there trying to get you to purchase there equipment.

The sales lady was super nice and answered all my questions. The install tech was nice and cleaned up any mess he made. Showed us how to use system and answered all our questions.

Service assistant Ashley and installer Max were excellent and very professional. Could not be happier with the whole experience. I would absolutely recommend their service.

A huge thank you to ADT and especially rep Eric Hallas. Eric has gone above and beyond the call of duty helping us completely secure our new home. He has since been out 3 times to make sure everything is working properly and everything has been installed correctly. I strongly suggest getting an ADT alarm system and ask for Eric Hallas. He will definitely take care of you and you will sleep better knowing your home is 100 percent secured.
