Prime Storage Facility in Jupiter is an excellent facility. I’ve stored my things there for several years and am very pleased. The facility is spotless, temperature controlled perfectly and very secure. I would highly recommend it. Douglas is efficient, knowledgable and always very helpful. You can’t go wrong using this facility.

Excellent customer service from Jeff and now former employee Bridget to when exiting one of two units. Noted changes with the transition from Loxahatchee Storage to Prime Storage. Differences between locally owned vs.franchised bigger business. I was a long time customer of Loxahatchee Storage.

Have used this location for over a year. Needed to downsize and were well assisted by staff who showed us smaller units and gave us a free month in a smaller unit to make our transition as smooth as possible. The facility is extremely well maintained and is reasonably priced. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

So thankful to Prime Storage- Bridget and Dan for all of their assistance with my setting up and moving items into storage! A+ customer service!
