Subi be lying about their inches and trying to down play it’s neighbors warehouse. Very bad image and when it gets out there enough subi is gonna be in a deep while. Prime costumer service is amazing and they even have a discount for birthday girls! Their hair is super nice and true to quality and length.

Yesterday evening i went to buy some wigs. I love the hair quality. But the sales people was very rude. A short guy with glasses was their, I just asked him a simple calculation of total amount but he was sooo rude. I almost purchased a wig for my birthday! But he was so unprofessional and rude that i dint want to give my money to this business. My friend recommended this place so i thought i will visit for my birthday. I hope the management knows that they lost a potential customer for bad staffing.

The poorest of customers service ever. I pointed out a few wigs for the man to show me. First, he was bothered because I was asking if the wigs can be dyed and curled. I told him I will be right back. I went out to the car to get my sister so I can show her the wigs. (5mins top). When I asked him to show me the hair again. He was very rude and stated he didn't need my business. I was so appalled by his comment that I had to confirm what I heard. The second time he said it, he said it with even more attitude. I'm not a confrontational person so I simply just walked out. I was so embarrassed and disrespected. No one deserves to be treated in such manner. My business is not welcomed there and that perfectly fine by me.

Bought a blonde wigs here before and it was great. So came back today to buy another wig. The sales person showed me a few which were in very good quality. The sales person was knowledgeable with his product. Was an amazing experience dealing with him. He even gave my extra money back after counting and realizing I gave him too much. This is the place to shop all your hair ladies with quality products and excellent customer service. Will definitely tell my friends.

I bought 3 bundles and a frontal for $399.99 got to my stylist and was embarrassed she been doing my hair 4 years and counting this was the worst frontal EVER thick and horrible the bundles were straight and had sooooo many split ends! Shed like crazy NEVER again
