Primecare Urgent Care reviews
22I just moved here from Indiana. All the doctors i been to there, never treated me as good as them. They treated me with compassion. The doctor was fast, efficient, and nice. Im glad i choose them to take care of me for my first medical visit here in Florida.
I posted a somewhat negative review, which I have since deleted. I was having a stressful day and wrote it hastily, while in the office. I was overall satisfied with the patient support and attention. I did notice on the way out that there were a lot of cars In the lot - busy day for them. Thanks Primecare.
The staff was very friendly and when they saw I was weak and not feeling well put me back to a room right away so I could lay down. The PA was friendly too.
Very good experience. Nice location, prompt and courteous care given. Would definitely recommend!
Doctor Funk entered my exam room less than 1 minute after the nurse left me alone. Doc was very friendly and thorough in explaining himself and answering my questions. Great experience. In and out in 30 minutes.
As a licensed healthcare provider I am aware of the challenges presented to us daily. I commend the entire staff for a very professional and pleasant experience. I wish I could say it was painless but that's on me not you. Thank you.
Wow! What a wonderful staff. I was seen by Sarah Ransom, PA. She was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I couldn’t be happier with my visit at Prime Care Urgent Care
Very polite and professional and made sure I was comfortable the hole time. Got me in and out in a very reasonable time.
I was in and out in less that 45 minutes. The receptionist, medical assistant and PA were very kind and professional. I’ll definitely use Primecare for future urgent care needs!
Very courteous staff, friendly, Doctor and Nurses had great bedside manners and made me comfortable!
Spec people to rest and elevate after a sprain but continue to work it’s kind a hard in a fast-paced environment
My first time visiting an I won't be back, I'd rather wait for my primary care. The nursing staff was not very friendly and why be in health care if you don't have compassion! Needless to say I won't be returning.
Absolutely LOVE PrimeCare. No better place. Amazing staff, fantastic docs. Never issues. Was back last week for a viral infection, they were packed, but moved me through quickly and efficiently. They sent me home with medication, kind words and chicken soup!
Took my husband in with flu on a Sunday morning. Was prepared for a wait, but nope! Got us in and out quickly! Awesome, compassionate and friendly staff! Thank you guys for everything!
Two visits in the last month, one for me one for my husband. It was busy, it's flu season after all. My visit was handled in less time than yesterday when I brought my husband in, but despite the wait we were both seen, diagnosed and treated. They call in the prescriptions so there's no waiting when you get to your pharmacy. Fortunately our insurance covered all costs, so I have no idea what others have to pay to be seen here. There were a few people in the waiting room who were extremely impatient, I don't know what they were thinking, the waiting room was full of obviously sick people. We were both seen by real Doctors, and both seemed very competent. My husband is a retired Doctor and he was satisfied with his care. We couldn't get in to see our G. P. So this is a good and close by alternative. They could definitely use some more reading material in the waiting are, other than that no complaints. The staff out front was friendly, patient and professional.
They refused to even treat my husband who is very ill and they turned him away because he has Medicare and sunshine health for his insurance and that is discrimination.
I was seen and prescribed medicine that ended up not helping at all and they wouldn't do anything to help unless I paid again even tho I had told them what I had the first time but was given medicine for something else. So now I'm out all that money and have to spend more money to be seen somewhere else
2 hour wait. Never seen because they couldn’t figure out my tricare insurance. I would have paid a co pay but was never given the option. Horrible. I’ll never go back!
Waited 30 minutes in waiting room put in room waiting one hour still no doctor walking in to see me doctor finally walks in 1 hour 15 minutes later spends 4 minutes with me.
I waited in the exam room for over an hour. Finally, I complained about it and it seemed that they simply forgot about me while they were seeing patients that came after me.
