Our experience with Michael Gayda and The Gayda Team at PrimeLending was absolutely amazing! We started out just talking to Michael in early 2022 to ask all of the normal questions about purchasing a home in Florida. Since we lived in Texas at the time, we were concerned about timing, closing currently, possibly keeping two mortgages, etc.
