Horrible community car are label with apartment number so when you car is any situation of getting tow to contact you but they prefer calling tow company first instead giving you a call so you have to pay $150 dollar this difficult times because they dont care about tenant at all Horrible Job

Such a bad decision to rent an apartment from them.
If you stay there forget about all of your deposit.

Terrible customer service and communication!
They add some extra fees that are not written in the lease just to keep your deposit!
House was clean and left perfectly fine but still hold my full amount!

Forget your deposits if you are signing there!

It’s the worst apartment complex to live. If you reading this all I can tell you is FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE because this is not the place to live.

Bad management! We were charged with extra money months after we moved out! Without any notice which led to drop our credit score! Even though they said everything is fine at the time we moved out! Bad management!

Lived here for a year and I can’t complain about anything I really loved it and I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for apartments to stay at.

The attention is spectacular the lady Rochelle, is very attentive and educated magnificent person and very human, it is very difficult to find someone like that and especially in this country. The best part of my experience living in Princeton Grove is the staff in the leasing office. They’re so welcoming and keep me smiling and laughing when I stop in. I am going on year 3 and I don’t have many negative about the community. For the most part it is quiet which I love. I don’t love the parking situation in terms of my guest but I guess not much can be done about it. I would only move to be closer to my job or if I decide to buy a home.

I have lived here for 3 years I was the first person to move in I have no issues with my apartment and very happy with all the staff in our office thank you guys for all the hard work you guys do to keep us and our community wonderful

I moved in on January 5th about to be two month. Love it it's very quiet. It's a beautiful place to live. The staff are awesome.
