Dr Prine is an excellent clinician. He listens, he is thorough and he makes the needed recommendations.
How can an establishment go from a five star to a three star? Easy. By hiring uncaring personnel and then not training them correctly.
First impressions are lasting and your front desk personnel are the first to be seen so they should be attentive, objective and knowledgeable.
Being able to reach your doctor's office by phone is of the utmost importance. Dr Prine's phone voicemail is always full and nobody picks up the phone.
Quite an exasperating experience!
