I came in from tpa on nov. 6 and
was told i would i receive them in no longer
than a week.i paid in full and after not
receiving a tracking# i had to reach out to him
about it.he let me know because of the storm
n the shops power being out they would be
sent out later next week.it's friday now and i
messaged him twice about when i would be
receiving them and haven't gotten a response
at all.update: received them on the 23rd and this is what i got.asked for a refund and if i would get reimbursed for shipping since i had to pay to send them back n he said he would reimburse me when he got them.sent the refund but didn’t get the money i paid for shipping.

Came here and bought 2 sets of grills. Paid upfront and waited. Then headed back to pick up and half way there (we live 2 hrs away) got a call to come back the next day because they weren't ready. Even offered a small refund of what we paid to come back, no big deal. Husband took ANOTHER half day off work to come out and we waited, ate dinner, waited some more just to have our calls ignored. Then when he did answer he was 30 minutes away, and we still had no grills and had to drive home. At least the fraud department will get us our money back.

Little guy thought he could scam me. Kid didn't understand how credit cards work and how easily I could get my money back lol. Paid in full up front for two diff sets. He rescheduled our first fitting. Second fitting attempt he said I had to wait until 10: 00 pm tonight. This is after arriving at 6: 00. He left his office to retrieve my merch but never returned. Now I had a 2 hr ride home to make a police report, notify amex of fraudulent activity, make a report with the district attorney's office of FL, as well as a duplicate report to sun-biz about there business practices. Boy goin learn today lmfao. FYI my money was immediately refunded thru American Express.

Came here 4 weeks ago and still no grillz. Very unprofessional, no communication, phone now is getting forwarded. Feel like we got scammed.

Update: came here Sept 4, we were promised they would be done Sept 10. No word from owner. Wrote review Sept 28, he contacted my husband and said come by Oct 2 at 6pm. We drove 45 min away Oct 2 and he didn't even call to tell us it's not completed. We said we would wait as we don't live here. He then says man come tomorrow, Oct 3. We do not hear from him. Hit him up Oct 4, nothing. Still nothing it's Oct 8.

I absolutely love his work! I traveled to Orlando to purchase grillz for my son last Saturday and they were ready within a week. He listened to every concern I had as a parent and exceeded my son’s expectations! 100% real gold used. He doesn’t use dental gold (NPG) at all so they were definitely worth the price. You can tell the owner loves what he does by, the detail of his work. Quality work ain’t cheap and cheap work ain’t quality. With that said, if you love real gold and diamonds, please go to Pristine Grillz, you will not be disappointed.
Plus, he created his own “grillz cleaner”, which is a bonus!
