After Hurricane Andrew we decide to make our in ground pool a fiber glass finish. We had to reseal the finish about 8 years ago. Recently I got an estimate from Eddie Iglesias of Pristine Pools for a product called Aqua Guard 5000 to resurface the pools as there were spots that the fiber glass showing after the last resurface. The price seemed reasonable and he explained the product in detail. Other than the typical unpredictable Miami rainy season weather, the men came out and did the job as expected. After filling the pool, which looks GREAT, we had some leaks (one by the light fixture and the other in the skimmer area). The guys came back search for the leaks and sealed them. Very happy about how through they were as the leaks seemed a bit hard to find at first. Leaks are repaired and I would most certainly recommend them if you have a pool leak or want to resurface your pool. I love the feel of the surface on your feet and I am looking forward to using less chemicals and having a bit warmer water from just the every day sun. Work was more than expected and I'm swimming almost daily. Great experience!
