Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals’, Port St Joe FL

Renting a beach home from Pristine Properties has always been a delight! The homes are well taken care of, clean, fully stocked with everything you could need. The staff are so friendly! Seeing them was a great way to start and end our vacation. It was like they were genuinely happy for us to be there! You don't get that kind of service many places anymore.

We loved our stay in our house Oceans of Time. We had a wonderful vacation with our family and the house was great.

Haven't left for vacation yet. Leaving in the morning. But customer service so far is excellrnt! Timely responses. We don't even have to go by their office to check in with their "Express Check In" it should be a breeze. Very excited. I will update this post after check in.
Update: The condo was excellent! Very clean! It had everything we needed to feel as though we were at our own home on the beach! It was perfect. An amazing trip full of wonderful memories! The only thing that was absolutely terrible was the feeling we had when it was time to go!

Pristine Properties is great. Great company to work for and wonderful property managers / owners. You will not regret booking your vacation with Pristine Properties.

Stayed at Gulfside Gem, it was a very nice area for our vacation. The house itself was fine. It could definitely use some updates and a deep clean. We oddly enough had to put the shower curtain up ourselves.it was under the sink when we arrived. The upstairs bed was very broken down and sunk in the middle so bad, it was not comfortable to sleep in at all. It rained our first night there and the ceiling leaked. We did a load of laundry and when we got it out of the dryer there were black marks all over our clothes, ruined a few items.
We will definitely be back to the area, but would not stay at that particular house again.

Wonderful experience. We had an issue with our rental during our stay. They addressed it and rectified it immediately. Excellent customer service. Property was amazing, great value for the money. Highly recommend using this company. Will use them for our next vacation.

I had originally decided to not leave this review but I changed my mind. First of all, 3 contractors showed up during our stay to walk around the unit to give an estimate on work. This was very inconvenient for us, and did not make me feel safe for my family. Secondly, the owners were apparently watching us on cameras, which was extremely creepy. The mgmt co called and said our "pet" had to go because the owners saw our dog in the unit and no pets were allowed. Again, not a secure feeling.
We had our service dog with. There was no place on airbnb to notify about the service animal, because it's illegal to ask such a question. Airbnb does NOT allow discrimination of those that need service animals. Yet, they felt the need to do so. If this mgmt company doesn't know airbnb policies then they should not market their properties on airbnb. They did let us stay, likely because they knew the law concerning service dogs. But the overall feeling of this management company left a very creepy and sick feeling in our gut. The unit itself was not clean. There were potato chips on the floor and deck, dried peanut butter on the table, as well as other things that were just not cleaned. We killed lots of food roaches while we were there as well. We will never again rent through this company.

The vacation home we stayed in was well stocked for cooking. The rooms and living quarters were very clean. Digital internet and t.v. For the kids.

We’ve rented several homes managed by pristine properties and have always had a great experience with them! One year our code into the home didn’t work and they were VERY quick to respond and resent code for us to get in. Homes are always very clean. We had a home reserved when COVID shutdown occurred and they handled the situation amazingly with the circumstances they were given. Always very friendly and return my calls promptly. Great management company to do business with!

Well appointed kitchen. Good outside porches with ocean views. Steps from the beach. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Best of all, pets are allowed.

I would like to start this review by first thanking the owner/owners of Sammy's Old Place for sharing this absolutely outstanding house with visitors to Port St. Joe Fl. Second: For having the best management company that I have ever delt with, Pristine Properties, handle the rentals and affairs of your house.
I have worked in property management for the last 11 years and understand the challenges that go with that responsibility.
Now to the house and location.
Upon arrival, we walked into this very clean and very nicely furnished home. The kitchen was well equipped with all appliances, pots, pans, dishes and silverware needed for a 7 day vacation and the dishwasher was standing at the ready when we needed more. The bedrooms were very comfortable and stocked with everything needed.
The pictures shown definitely reflect what you find when you arrive.
The house is located right on the access road to the beach, so even thou not beach front, access is simple.
I am 57 years old and now longer rush anywhere that I don't absolutely have to. To be sure this review would be as accurate as possible I timed my walk from the beach to the house and then from the house to the beach. The walk from the beach was 2 minutes and 16 seconds (I did swing by a trash can to dispose of a can). The walk back to the beach was 2 minutes and 11 seconds.
If you are not a person that absolutely has to be beach front or bust, this is the best place to be!
I will definitely book this house again for this coming years vacation in St. Joe and would 100% recommend that you do the same!
