I had a great experience buying my wife's car with Rafael, the car was like in the photos he sent me, he sorted out all the documentation beforehand, I just arrived and picked up the BMW X1 car. He is a great professional, he checked the car with his mechanic before handing it over to me. I will definitely buy other cars with him.

I bought a Mercedes SL from Raphael. It took over a month for him to deliver the car - nothing but excuse after excuse. When it finally showed up, the car wouldn't even start. The door locks didn't work. I had the car safety inspected and it was missing an engine mount, the exhaust system was almost completely missing, wheel bearings and ball joints were dangerously worn out. It cost me over $10K to get the car safely back on the road.
When I contacted Raphael about it, his response was "we don't inspect vehicles. ". He refused to take the car back, no refund, no discount - nothing.

Better watch out for this dealer, dare you try to get an independent review of their car and all of their cars are overpriced and half the items aren't disclosed once you take a closer look.

Had a friend take a look it was like they are buying junk and greasing them up in hopes they find a non auto person to buy.

Go somewhere else.
