Pro Care Deserves More Than 5️, After calling 2 previous places and this being my 3rd call on Nov 27,2023. When Ashley picked up the phone she Talked with confidence and made the process easy & understanding. Well Today The 29th of Nov 2023. I had sent my daughter in to have her Front Pads & Rotors to be Changed on her vehicle. With me living in South Jersey and finding online ProCare, it honestly was the best decision, Ashley & Steve was so respectful to me on phone as well as my daughter in person and as a father it meant a lot. They checked vehicle and explained some minor problems that will need to be addressed, in which next 2 weeks she will return for repairs and whenever she needs repairs. ProCare will be the go to place. Me as a business owner of a vehicle shop in Jersey the trust, respect, communication, understanding and the effort they have provided goes a long way for me, on the same way i run my business. Honestly to future customers who might read this review and who cares about people opinions. Don’t hesitate, like me you won’t be disappointed, and if you are ever in my situation with your son or daughter living in this part of Florida and need someone you can Trust. This is the Place. My dealership couldn't deal with my "check engine" problem for more than a week. Stopped @ Pro Care on the chance they could help. They took care of it in about 10 minutes. I'll definitely go back! Thanks to all!

Was in Lakeland working and had my upper ball joint on my truck come loose that I had replaced a few weeks before. Not knowing anyone in area looked up reviews of repair shops and decided to have truck towed to them. Ashley was very nice when I explained what had happened. She contacted me the very next morning with what they found. With me being 5 1/2 hours from home they got right on repairing my truck. They got my truck repaired by the next day with several parts having to be replaced due to what had happened. The whole thing went smoothly and Ashley kept me posted at all times. Recommend them strongly for any work you need done.

Me and my dad have been bringing our vehicles here for a couple years now and every single time has been a great experience. Ashley in the front office is super nice, informal and always calls to tell you what they are going to do and what it'll cost before they do anything. Me and dad will keep bringing our vehicles here and we highly recommend anyone else do as well.

Honest, reasonable and very nice people. I've been getting auto repair work done there for 2 years now.

It has been a couple of weeks since I had my truck fixed. Pro care did every single thing they said they would. Diagnosed my problem in the amount of time they said it would take. Parts ordered and received exactly like they said. Truck returned on exactly the day they said. I haven't had service like this in so long that it felt weird NOT getting screwed over. I will only use Pro Care from now on.

Love this family-owned company! Ashley is always so sweet & helpful when I call to schedule service. Never once had an issue.
