It's a mess with the new crazy set up. But I will just deal with it. Cuz I don't do Lowe's for nothing.

One star because the customer service was lousy. I bought 4 boxes of wooden floors, I get the email to pick them up, I go and they only give me 2. I ask Rachel before I go, Rechel something like that, I bought 4 and she only gave me 2 and she tells me that inside the boxes there are 2 in each, okay. I'm leaving and when I opened a box in my house there was only one box from the wooden floor in each. I return to the store, I meet the girl again but it seems that she already wanted to leave or I don't know, her treatment was bad, she argued with us that she had no attitude when it was evident that she did (and something that should not be) She told us that she did us the FAVOR of calling home depot.com when that is her job (to find out why the other 2 boxes were not there), we asked her to put the call on speaker so that my husband could speak to the person and see what it could be done and he left us alone and told the colleagues that he was not going to attend to us anymore. Thank God, there was another person who was kind and really knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE is and helped us finish our claim, unfortunately I don't have her name. I hope the manager (Jim) will see to it that these things don't happen in his store anymore.

Service is terrible
I ordered some products and they didn't open the loading door. Then three people attend to me and do not resolve the situation. For my part, I will not return to this store.
