This company is BOGUS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER PROVIDE RESULTS. REPORTED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR FRAUD. THEY ARE IN FLORIDA, THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING.

Let's just say that my experience with them wasn't the best and that they do not care.

Bought radon test at Home Depot. Easy to use. Got results back via email. Fast efficient affordable. Perfect!

SCAM! SCAM!
Do not buy their products or services. I paid over $50 for Radon test and sent in on time. Never got a reply back from them and the tracking package has multiple destinations. Looks like using the same label for multiple clients. I will be contacting the BBB.

They took our $40. They communicated to us that we would have the test results by a certain date. When that date had long since come and gone, We sent out a second email to them asking where the test results were. At that time they blocked our email. BBB wilL be hearing from us. This is now a scam. They take your money But that’s it. BUYER BEWARE! We will be contacting the local businesses that sell those kits, as well as City of Weston etc. If you have had the same experience please start reporting them. They have no business taking money and not providing the service paid for.

I waited over 3 weeks before I tracked the package I sent to the lab. It said it got to FL.a week ago. I talked to a lady at lab who said they would investigate, but they had not received it yet. Upon further investigation with the post office I found out the Lab had sent out the same tracking number on 3 separate packages so they couldn’t track it. Now the Lab won’t answer my calls and won’t call me back! I put in a complaint and got my money back. I would NEVER use this company again!

Every time I purchase the caffeine pills, they are a different product. Hard to respect it if the company doesn't respect their product enough to let it stand as is. I imagine they keep changing it because they don't believe in it enough to keep the look and composition as a standard,

Sent my samples in November, have emailed and still no results! I will call them on Monday December 21st, next step will be Better Business Bureau.

I filled out the form and sent in the test. A month later, nothing. I sent an inquiry to the lab on the test, no response. I think Home Depot has to take some responsibility and take this off the shelf.

I'm not sure why this place has mediocre reviews. I have to say I am truly delighted with my experience at Prolab. Nelson and Josh are always very helpful with any orders or questions I may have. They have great attitudes and are very friendly. As far as the lab results go I am truly impressed. I had my results from air samples, bio tapes and swabs in less than 24 hours. I would give more stars if I could!

I’ve been using this company for years and I’ve always received outstanding customer service. All the people who are complaining about the radon need to stop being cheap and hire a licensed radon company to do continuous radon monitoring for 48 hours. That is the only true way and the only way the EPA suggests testing for radon. As far as some of the people who were unable to read the mold reports I’m actually at a loss as this company has the most robust report in the industry.

This company has a terrible reputation in the industry. This is made evident by their incessant need to mass text and email spam harass anyone with a heartbeat. Avoid at all costs.
