Here's a goofy concept. I am a DIY'r so I call Pro Mower Parts. Kera M.patiently guides me to the part I need, which is in stock. I go buy it, install it and it works perfectly. Who knew things still work this way?
They have always gone above and beyond. Recently I brought my mower in due to a weld being incomplete from factory and they contacted them to get it corrected. First they sent a new frame but it was the wrong one and told the factory that and the factory said it would take 6 months to make the new one. So long story short they sent me a brand new one. I couldn't and still can't believe it. Thanks to Mike for your hard work and dedication for making this happen and thanks to Mark for everything you guys rock.
