The salon is has a great service! The place is clean and all remodeled lately. I’ve been coming here for many years.
I recommend you ask for mr LONG. He does a great manicure for me. Perfect job.

Went there yesterday as a walk in. I immediately was told to pick a polish. I chose 2 & I asked lady at the front desk how much extra it would be to have my big toe nails polished with a simple design. She said to talk with my tech. (I was seated at the last chair, left side of salon, closest to the curtain). I sat down and told the tech what I wanted. She then began speaking Vietnamese to the young guy next to us. After a minute, she told me she couldn't do the design unless I got the gel pedicure. I've been getting designs on regular polish for the past decade at every salon I've gone to and NOBODY has ever refused my simple request. When she finished, she up & left with no words whatsoever. She made my visit very uncomfortable and I would never go back if they were the last salon in operation!

**The owners answer to my review was a total (INCORRECT) assumption. Also, not taking accountability for their subpar employee. Would've been better off not replying since she/he further proved my point! **

I start go this spa since William start work there. I love how he always leaves my nails. I always go every two weeks.the perfect attention.but nothing to be desired from the person who picks up the phone and makes the appointments.seems to dislike taking appointment. I think you should learn a little more courtesy when taking a call and talking to a client. The next time she treats me bad. I do not come back to attend to me.

I can't say enough good things about this nail and lash salon. The staff is friendly, the salon is clean, and the services are top-notch. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied.

I used Katie as my nail artist and she was not only super sweet but KILLED it with my ombré nails! She was quick but did them perfectly!

Overall place was ok. The pedicure was alright I didn’t get any lotion at the end. The lady that was doing my nails was talking the whole time to the other lady next to her and wasn’t paying attention to my nails. My left toe is completely crooked and my right toe she left long and rigid. Never going back.

Katie is an amazing mail tech! She was so nice, she had great customer service and was very helpful with ensuring that my full set & pedi came out perfect. I love my nails so much! Length, shape, and color. Everything was 10/10 for my overall experience and I’ll definitely be back!

The worse customer service I’ve received in so long after paying 200 $ for services KATHY! Was very rude after taking my payment because my TIP was not up to her standards … how rude is it to tell a big paying customer my tip was not enough…. I will be reporting

Came to Florida to visit family and was really impressed by this nail salon. Very clean, classy, and amazing customer service! So glad I found somewhere I can come when visiting family!

Long is a pro with the full set. The prices are great in comparison and the atmosphere is nice.

The music is calming. It's always clean, even the bathroom. The workers are friendly. I've never come here for a mani, but they all do a great pedicure! It's relaxing and doesn't feel rushed even when i came 45 minutes before closing.

I came back to take off 2 stars bc the polish always comes off within a few days. This was my second pedi and the first time I was out of town and the polish came off of three toes in 4 days. Good thing it was white bc i was able to find a Walmart and grab a bottle. When I got back in town, they fixed it.
This time the polish came off in 2 days off of one toe. I didn't feel like going back. Good thing it was cold out bc I've covered it with boots and closed toe shoes. I can't say I'll be going back at this time.
