Dubian is a nice guy, however service leave much to be desired. First few treatment took care of all the weeds and lawn looked great. Slowly, either he got lazy or wasn't spraying what the lawn needed. Less then 1 month from my last treatment lawn is over run by weeds, and I either have fungus or grubs. Service has been discontinued and I will be looking for another company. He blamed it on the sprinklers, that were NOT being ran. If you want your lawn looking like this hire him.
