Plumber was on time, he had the parts needed on the truck, he gave good explanations of what he was doing and why, and he even made me aware of problems that were arising so I could plan for them at a later date. He was extremely polite and performed the work thoroughly and efficiently. I don’t know about value because I didn’t get another estimate to compare it too.

As always Chuck and his team (this time Victor) saved the day! Weekend job, last minute, showed up in two hours and took care of a washer drain backup on a rental right before guest check in. Thanks you so much Chuck for squeezing us in with such short notice and Victor for being clean, efficient, and prompt.

I had the toilet repaired using my handle and their repair kit. It cost me $195.00. The older gentleman showed the young man doing the repair how to do it. The older man replaced a hose bibb outside that had been installed originally on a plate to keep further replacements easier. My old one had an anti siphon valve the new one doesn't. The charge for that was $150.00. The whole job took them only 45 minutes total. I had an appointment for between 1 and 2 pm. They arrived at 4: 30. I will give them that as I told the lady in the office that I would be home all afternoon. With the trip charge and diagnosis the total cost was $420.00. I was disappointed with the cost but I do blame myself for not getting prices up front. I have no complaint about the way the work was done just, again, wish I had discussed price ahead of time.

Years ago this may have been a good business, but it is a click-bait site now. First they advertise free estimates, than they charge $95 for it. Then they give me a ridiculous estimate that was 400% higher than it actually cost me to have it fixed (a leaking PEX pipe). Call these people if you have money to throw away.

This had been my go to plumber for 3 years, but I haven't had any voicemails returned regarding work requests and scheduling for the past 2 months. Got thru to Chuck once and never heard back, despite the expected work we'd been discussing since last year. Very disappointing to have to go somewhere else.

I cannot say enough about the great customer service Chuck Burns and his company gave me. My hot water tank was not working and I called Wednesday night and Thursday morning Chuck was at my house. He ordered the part for me and was back 24 hours after to install the new part.

Best ever! We won't use anyone else now. I usually dread calling a plumber, but won't anymore since I'll only be calling Pro-Plumbing Works. Victor replaced two toilets and a pedestal sink with a vanity. He was quick, efficient, neat, nice, and very knowledgeable. We've used other plumbers in the past and it's always been painful. We will ONLY use Pro-Plumbing Works from now on. Victor was awesome! Thank you Victor!

We had to have a pipe replaced in our office and did not want to have to shut down the business for the repair. Pro Plumbing worked with us and our office schedule to get the job done. They were very professional, reasonably priced and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.
