Horrible service Came to my job to do my windshield I asked them to come and get me when the job was DoneThey did not they put my keys in the gas cap and leftWent to inspect truck and my headliner was pulled down and material peeling off the foam it was destroyedI text himTo ask if he would fix itAnd he told me no denied it which I had before and after picturesAnd eventually through text message called me a loser and said he would take me to court Horrible Services

This is to inform customers that Roger is going to post that Pro-Tec replaced a windshield for him and ruined his headliner. This customer is lying and is trying to blame me. I’ve been doing auto glass for over 37 years and my business runs solely on referrals. My reputation speaks for itself with many satisfied customers. I’ve explained to him why his headliner is visible now, but he refuses to believe me. I do the best that I can for all of my customers and if I damaged someone’s vehicle I would definitely take responsibility and fix the problem. Drew and Son came out to replace a windshield on our 2006 Jeep Commander. Fantastic workmanship and care with the installation of our windshield. Drew noticed a few areas around the seal that needed to be addressed and he took care of everything and explained why it was important. Don’t go anywhere else! Customer service is outstanding! Phillip took care of my rear window within 24 hours! He had my glass in stock (a rare window) showed up at my work when he said he would. Nobody calls you back anymore but Phillip does! He says what he means! I will keep his number and pass on to friends! Don’t let these high priced, world wide glass companies rip you off!
