Pro Top Nails, Lakeland FL

I am not sure if this place is under new management but, Friday I went there to get a pedicure in literally almost step in dry poop on the floor. It had to be there for a while because it was dry & it was also on the toilet set. So after informing them about it two of the staff members started talking in their language and staring at me the whole time. Which made me very uncomfortable! Either way it goes that’s disgusting and unsanitary!

Not what it used to be, polish thinned out on most of the most popular colors, and it shows 2 coats of polish, and you can definitely tell a difference. Just isn't the same quality they used to have.

I've been going to Pro Top Nails for a few years. I have never had a negative thing to say about them. They have a very professional and friendly staff. I especially appreciate the camaraderie that I have with my nail technician Brian. He's great! If you are in need of a manicure, pedicure, etc, this is the perfect place.

Toes look good but the experience you paid for is lacking. The artist actually cut my little toe. Didn't massage my leg. Eyebrows look good and the polish does too but I paid $97 for 2 pedis and eyebrows and received mediocre service. We won't be back.

Busy place, but got right in for a mani/pedi. I got a basic and the lady who did it, was amazing. Good massage and she did a nice job on the color. Definitely will be going back.

I have been coming here for years! I love Jenny & Tai.they always go above & beyond to make me happy! I recommend Pro Top Nails 100%!

Wayyyyy way way too expensive. I got a fill and basic colors and little to no design and they over charged so much. It’s ridiculous. I will not be going back.

The technicians were very thorough. Very kind and helpful. They did an excellent job on my pedicure. The reflexology they used on my feet and massage on legs was so awesome! It helped my whole body!

This nail salon is probably one of the best I’ve been to. The day I went, I believe it was the female owner of the salon was very honest that she is short staffed but she will be with me soon. She kept going back and forth between clients to try to accommodate everyone in there. You can tell she means well, I asked for almond shaped nails and she was a bit hesitant on how it will look on my nail shape- but she tried anyways. And when I tell you I am in LOVE with them! I will definitely be back!

Waited 40 minutes when there was only 2 other ppl there and my nails were mishaped a little. Nice guy tho

I texted CATIE on a Friday to schedule an appointment with her for the following week. She replied, “that she’s recovering from a surgery”. So, I still decided to go anyways but with a different nail tech, since I was around the area. When I arrived, the first person I saw was CATIE.she looked at me in disbelieve! She mumbled (in their language) a different nail tech came to assist me. While CATIE was assisting a client. CATIE lied about her being out for surgery but mean while she was there.

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
