Pro Tree Service, Tallahassee FL

I used ProTree Service to take down 14 trees in a residential yard that was only 1/3 acre, a very tight space to work in. I had already received multiple estimates from other companies, a few of whom didn’t seem eager to take on the job. Kyle came by to assess and expressed no hesitation about taking on the work. His quote was prompt and well within the price range of what I had already received. Kyle and his crew worked hard, they were professional in all respects, they took care to do as little damage as possible to the yard and cleaned up beautifully afterwards, including making my original fence stronger than when they took it down. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. And communications with office manager Chandra to check on the status of the job and follow up was seamless. I would highly recommend ProTree Service!

Can you imagine the size of oak tree that was attached to this stump? Click the picture. Exactly, massive! Pro Tree Services was on the scene the same night it fell creating a plan to quickly remove it before it fell even further on the house! The next morning the whole crew came with all the equipment needed and went to work! I want to thank the whole crew, especially Kyle for not only working into the night each day but for making me feel that everything will be okay and not to worry. I felt that he actually cared and that's huge in my book! They did all that hard work and I didn't hear one of them complaining once, they just worked hard and long until it was done. It felt like I had highly skilled family members on the scene! I love this company and I would recommend them to everyone I know!

I needed to remove a big tree and reached out to several companies in town for quotes. Pro Tree Service was the first one responded, and their estimate provided the best value. They even offered to work on a weekend without extra charge. Kyle was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to work with me on special requests. Charna was very nice and patient on the phone, and returned my messages promptly. The crew did a great job removing the tree and cleaning up the area. I would strongly recommend Pro Tree Service as they exceeded my expectations in every way.

They came out to my property and I never heard anything else from them. I called them again and no response. Pour customer service.

We’ve used Kyle and his team at Pro Tree Service twice. They are progressional, responsive and reliable. Most recently a neighbor’s very 100ft pine fell across our yard a during a storm. Kyle was quick to provide an estimate and his team started work the next day. They had to work around weather but were able to get it removed quickly and were careful to not damage the yard despite severe weather every day.

This is a well-earned 5 star review. And I only give reviews where it is worth my time. Kyle and the team at Pro-Tree were great to work with. They are knowledgeable in their trade, and worked extremely fast on my job. We talked about it on a Wednesday to set up a time to meet for a quote the following day on Thursday. Kyle came out Thursday exactly on time and gave me a quote within 10 minutes of him leaving. I confirmed the job the same day, and they mentioned it would be two weeks to get the 3 trees removed. I came by to my site the day after I confirmed the job, and the trees were gone. Two weeks ahead of schedule. The following day they sent someone to grind the stumps. I highly recommend the Pro Tree team to take care of any of your needs, if their work is what you are looking for.

Kyle and his folks at Pro Tree are in my opinion the best. The prices are fair, work is done on time and the clean up is great. I highly recommend them, and I am a tough sell!

I got quotes from the top 2 reviewed tree removal services in Tallahassee; ProTree came in 20% lower. The scheduling was super easy and the results were just as expected. I had a very tall American Cherry and two pine poles removed. I highly recommend ProTree.

Pro Tree did an all day job for us, removing several large trees and others a bit smaller, along a fence line. The quarters were tight at times, but they maneuvered every piece of equipment with precision and care. They trimmed up a number of trees, ground stumps, and, a great talent of the service, was how excellently they cleaned up after themselves. Any job like this is stressful. They made it much less so and the end result was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I know the dedication of the employees and the owner, because one fellow was my go to guy for years until he joined Pro Tree. He isn't a guy to compromise on principles, so his bright yellow Pro Tree shirt told me all I needed to know and then they all followed through. Just like Charlie told me they would.

I would highly recommend Pro Tree Service. Kyle gave me a great price for tree removal, stump grinding, cutting back over hanging trees from neighbors yard along with several shrubs and brush removal and transplanting a tree.
On site I added another tree and additonal work and Kyles pricing for the extra work was very fair.
Half of the work was done in a back yard around a pool in extremely tight conditions
The crew cleaned up everything including all the wood chips from the stump grinding.
There would be no question that I would hire Pro Tree Service again

I actually thought I was calling on a different company, so GLAD I got Pro Tree Service instead. WOW.we had scheduled for 7 trees to be taken out, added a couple of more the morning the team showed up. Awesome crew, did an outstanding job and even went the extra mile. They did such an incredible job, you would have never known they did the amount of work they did, the place looks great. Highly recommend this business for any of your major or minor tree service. Highly recommend Protree. They removed 3 large old Water Oaks that were next to my home with their large branches overhanging onto my house. The trees were safely removed without damage to my property. They also removed a pine that had partially fallen again tree behind my house and removed a large pile of branches and cut up trees resulting from previous storms and hurricanes. The bonus was not only did they blow all the leaves off my roof and property they also removed them. Before any of the workers left they also asked, if all the work completed to my satisfaction.

We had 10 trees removed from our property this week by ProTree. They gave us the lowest quote for the services we requested among around 5 companies. They were on time, extremely professional and left our yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. They worked so fast and efficiently, a job we were told could take up to 3 days was completed in around 10 hours. We could not be happier. Thank you Kyle and crew.

I am glad I hired Pro Tree. Not only did they beat every other tree companies quotes, they went above and beyond with their services. Kyle is hands down the best in the business. His company was quick, professional and it truly shows. In total, they removed 10 large trees. Kyle made the tree removal process easy by addressing all of my concerns, including heavy equipment on the driveway, my fence and other obstructions in my yard.
