I have been a patient at Provision Eye Care Centers since it opened! I have always received top notch eye care. I absolutely have a passion about finding the best family owned small businesses in my area. Dr. Jobson and Dr. Cuevas are experts in their field and both so professional, kind and personable. The office staff is also fantastic! Appointments always run smoothly. I highly recommend this practice!

This place does not deserve customers. They SCREWED me (and many more as per reviews in social media) – THEY WILL SCREW YOU TOO! It has nothing to do with Doctor and Lab work – it is just “family” who runs this business. They have few racks of frames – NO PRICES. So they tell you the price on the spot depending on.what? I picked Longchamp frames – “price 299”, I asked about others Longchamp frames – “all 299”. I did not question or check my phone in somebody’s face just trusting I came to the honest so called “family” business – I paid for my order of 2 pairs of glasses. Only at home I checked – “299” for Longchamp DOES NOT EXIST does not matter what kind of frame or where you buy it (just google this joke). Never mind they overcharged ~200 more retail price – I was fooled to invest few hundreds on glasses/frames what I am not aware what kind of quality to expect. I kindly asked how we can solve it as this is not fair and I feel disappointed – no solution. I offered to buy same frames to restock their shelf and get my money back for what they overcharged – “NO”, I offered to invest few more hundred $ on one more pair of glasses if some kind of compromise could be applied – “NO”. It just shows how greedy and pathetic this “family” operates. Plenty of honest places around - that’s why I couldn’t not even suspect this scam, because in two decades of making glasses I was not scammed like this anywhere ever.

RESPOND TO “owners respond”
It just one more time shows how your business is not honest! You have a nerve to justify your scam by claiming you are “authorized dealer”? ! - 299 does not exist at this brand and at THE REST OF THE DEALERS who sells this brand. I did not “FIND cheaper price” - FRAMES ARE CHEAPER for everybody who stays away from your place. You put a shame to this brand by robbing customers. Including that customers insurance funds are not for your amusement and choice. Insurance paid a part of my $900+ bill, they were not meant for you to take advantage and overcharge me $200. How dare you even try with excuses….

The best eye doctor, felt so comfortable, would recommend her to anyone who is in need of urgent eye care
