Proactive Primary Care, Tampa FL

I really had a wonderful experience. Such a pleasant process since I called to make the appointment and the overall care while there. Everyone very professional and polite. They all listen with patience my concerns and took immediate action to evaluate, I’m thankful to all of them. Definitely I will keep them as my PCP. Highly recommended?

They were very knowledgeable and everyone was friendly! I am glad I called to establish as my primary doctor. I didn’t feel rushed. I had to go back the next morning to get my blood work done. I was in and out. Many people have a hard time getting a good vein for my blood, so I end up being poked and prodded, they got it the first time! Kudos! 20 minutes after my doctors appointment my rx was ready! Overall experience I would recommend and so thankful I called as they are professional and were able to take care of everything without multiple callbacks after my appointment!

I had not seen a doctor for many years as i found Tampa healthcare difficult to traverse and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was. In fact I was so impressed I told my husband and he is seriously thinking of switching to the practice as well. Everyone was smiling and friendly they were thorough but not pushy with baseline testing. I feel happy in my heart to have found this practice.

The staff was great! Nice and clean. I love how was able to do Iabs there, drawing blood.you can get it done the same day/ just don't eat!

This is the best Primary Care physician that I’ve seen in Tampa Bay. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years now. Dr. Pham is very thorough and checks for everything. I don’t get sick a lot because I’m a germaphobe but the times that I’ve had to come in they were able to get me in right away as an existing patient.

I’ve tried to get my husband in for years, but Dr. Pham’s patient load was high so there was never any openings. Understandable as it’s hard to find a doctor this good.

My husband finally got in this year as the practice brought on Nurse Practitioner Leilani Phelan. I had the pleasure of seeing her as well and I have to say that I’m happy with the new addition.

The service from all of the staff and nurses is phenomenal. The care and bedside manner of the entire practice is wonderful. The office is impeccable. If you get a chance to tour Tre Medspa also owned by Dr. Pham you’ll see that she has exquisite style and those touches are noticeable at Proactive Primary Care. The location is only 3 minutes away from my home in Westchase.

I highly recommend this practice.

The office is very modern and classy. The nurse and Leilani Phelan were very compassionate and affable. I was seen right away and finished with my appointment quickly, but it still felt very thorough. Highly recommend!
