Absolutely horrible. Aren’t they supposed to be there to help you with all your HOA needs? Idk like cars parked illegally and or in the middle of the road, blocking you or other cars from moving. Or maybe the fact that your neighbors allow their dog to bark at all hours unattended outside all day or just trying to get ahold of them for anything. It’s like pulling a tooth. They never respond to anything. I call and they say to email it. I email it and I get no response back. No communication with these people. They have you sign all these papers about all these rules when you move in but no one abides by them. It’s just everyone for themselves.

Proactive Property Management is a small outfit with what I assume is one property manager. The property manager that services our community name is Desiree Jenkins and she often doesn't return phone calls. This last time I had to call her 4 times over a 3 day period and most of the time the secretary would say "I am sorry Desiree is currently unavailable, " my last interaction I had to threaten the secretary that my next phone call would be to the owner of the business if she didn't take my call; Yes after that she then took my call, but didn't have an answer for me on the question I was asking. I have asked for records regarding certain vendors doing work in our community and she either doesn't reply or fails to send the requested records in a timely manner. This is clearly an overworked, understaffed property management company that in my opinion falls way short of what is necessary to successfully manage our community or potentially yours.
Took a year to get any action and still not settled. Adding to my complaints. Sending emails to proactive to get items on agendas for board meetings. 6 months now and still not discussing issues. Dan said he would send my emails to board members. Never did. Totally duped by some members of board.
Our HOA Board was very unhappy with our previous management company. We switched to Proactive Property Management recently & I wish to say we are very pleased with the response to date. Very proactive. We are working on the usual HOA compliance & maintenance issues. I am confident we will be able to address many of the bigger items on our list going forward!
