My experience with Charles has been absolutely fantastic. He goes way above and beyond. Everything from planning to execution has been flawless. If I could describe his level of service and concern I would call it concierge. I have never met anyone who enjoys his job more than Charles. He derives much pleasure out of seeing his clients get exactly what they want. Everything we could think of he was able to do. From a water feature in our existing pool to matching an existing large tree in our front yard. I am pretty picky about things and he has been able to execute everything without a hitch. He is hands on and uses his own crews so the work is of high quality and goes exactly as planned. If he needs to bring in another company for a special job, you can be assured they are first rate. His pool consultant was able to help us diagnose and repair a leak we had for six years. I learned more about pools from them in 30 minutes than I had in my entire life. Charles is extremely bright, engaging and very creative. He was indispensable in helping us pick out plants and landscape materials. I appreciate his opinions which are unfailingly accurate. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are. He did two large jobs for us. Charles was an immense help with the HOA as well. If you are looking for the ultimate in professional outdoor service and quality look no further.

Charles and his crew were great! He consulted with us on the project and design, which included a travertine pool deck, turf, sod, lighting and full landscaping. He went above and beyond with our neighborhood ARB requirements! He was very responsive and patient with our design changes, and spent time with us selecting all the products and plants used, including nursery and stone yard visits. I highly recommend - we couldn’t be happier!
