I was given an appointment in one day as my hearing aids were cutting off before they should have so I called and got an appointment and I went in and they needed a new battery so I could charge them in the permanent battery charger. They took very good care of me, and I am very happy.

My husband has been with Professional Speech and Hearing for years. They are absolutely the best. We would never consider switching. Tabitha is so patient with my husband and me. She explains everything and in language you can understand. Everyone is very professional and so very kind. Tabitha goes out of her way to make sure he is satisfied with her explanations and understands what she is saying. And, they do not push a product on you. I will say that the hearing aid extra that allows my husband to hear the TV through his hearing aid is a life saver for me as he can mute the TV and I can read or listen to music without having to listen to the TV program he is watching. VERY worth the extra money.

I recently moved to Ocala and needed a local audiologist to continue my care re: my hearing, tinnitus and hearing aids. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly - I felt very welcomed. I had several questions about my Widex hearing aids and my tinnitus. Kathryn was able to answer all my questions and educated me further re: how tinnitus develops and the relationship between tinnitus, the ears and the brain. It was clear that she has deep knowledge in the subject matter and I feel like I am in good hands for my continuing care. An added bonus: they had a great selection of coffee to make my visit more enjoyable.:)
