We have only lived in our home for 2 weeks and its been a nightmare! Our first day we had to wait 2 hours past our move in time because we couldn't get access to the keys to the house. After 2 hours on the phone they finally sent maintenance over to let us in. That's after we were told on the phone maintenance wasn't allowed to do it and our leasing agent was off that day and they didn't know what else to do. We already had a truck full of stuff to unload and my husband took the day off from work too. A day after we moved in the wall in the garage where the washer and dryer hook up was wet and literally fell off onto the ground and was covered in black mold. I hadn't even been able to hook up my brand new washer and dryer yet. It took 2 days to get someone out to look at it. Then they left it all over the garage floor exposed and still all full of mold for another 2 days until someone could come back out. Then we had to wait 5 days for someone to come back to put up new sheet rock and insulation. It took them 2 days to fix a 2ft x 2ft piece of wall. 2days! At this point its a week and a half since we moved in and I can't even use my washer and dryer. After they were done I went to check on his work and it was so bad! The wall was uneven, bubbling up places, and cracked in others. Then we noticed there was a hole in the roof that you could see from inside the attic and it was actively leaking. It was right above where the washer and dryer is as well. It took days of calling over and over to get a response. The company that they referred us to for the repair had a disconnected number and was no longer in business ‍️ That was after waiting 2 days for them to call me to set up a time which is what Progress told me to do. So I have to call back again to get another number for someone else. He came out the same day which I was hopeful finally it was going to get fixed. Boy was I wrong. He is a handyman not a roofer. He put silicone in the hole and said it was fixed and would be good for 3-4 years. He was extremely rude too. I told him that wasn't fixed and that wasn't acceptable. I finally told him to leave because he obviously didn't know how to properly fix a roof. Ive been calling and emailing for days now and no one will respond or send an actual roofer to do a proper repair. On top of that its been raining for days. The last repair done was some rotten wood over our garage. He put in a piece of wood that isn't the same size as the other trim around it. The paint has giant streaks in it and he left paint all over the driveway. He then left without telling me he was done. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT rent from this company. Its so upsetting because we are good tenants and have never had issues like this. We take pride in our home whether we rent or own and this company has no regards for the safety and well-being of its residents. This company also has locations all over and there is no one person that is a point of contact for any issues. You can call a maintenance number that is sent to another state or email and never get a response.

I am an Active duty military personnel and never have I ever dealt with a more money hungry and unprofessional organization. I have been staying in one of there houses for 2 years each year the rent has gone up by $100 or more dollars and because this was never told me until I renewed and didn’t have time to find another place I have to keep paying this high rent each year. Not only that but because I was told that @you have between the 1st and the 5th to pay rent I have been given a 2 late fees dues to the military paying me late and I had to pay in the 4th twice and was told it was my fault that I didn’t know i didn’t have until the 5th of every month even though I was told this! It is already hard enough to have to live in the edge because as military we never know when we have to pick up and move but to add by renting from a money hungry company who clearly cares nothing about their tenants let alone their active duty military tenants! I have had other problems but this has been the biggest of the all! My rent is now well over $100 more a month than when I first moved in! Do yourself a favor and never rent from PROGRESS RESIDENTIAL! Signed an active duty military tenant!

Kenneth Duncan was sent out to repair my refrigerator in an emergency situation. He was so professional and pleasant and very informative. I will be requesting him for any further service calls. Thank you Mr. Duncan

This company will steal from you. Will charge you for everything. These people are horrible to the tenets. They are doing something very very wrong. Please do not sign anything with them. My experience with these people have been the worst I’ve ever had with anyone. We are currently living in a hoa, my boyfriend had his trailer in the drive while he was in the back mowing. We got a warning from the hoa. We set everything straight with our hoa. But because progress had to MAIL us a letter they will be charging us 45 dollars! For a warning! Not a violation. We are trying to fight these people. You are not stealing from us!
