Progressive Auto Storage, Marco Island FL

Called ahead to ask a manager what time I needed to arrive to get a wash and wax. She told me anytime up until 3 PM. Went at 2: 15 PM and was told I was tool late. Thanks for wasting my time driving over.

The interior literally still had random crumbs and girlfriends long hair everywhere. 40 bucks isn’t worth this. What kinda 40 dollar car wash doesn’t even detail the car. I’m over it, i’m just going to reward my self 40 dollars for cleaning it myself next time. Lol.

Went with higher than normal expectations. Did the exterior only wash. Got home realized the front of my bumper was was peeled off either because of some chemical they used or how it was washed. I have pressure washed my car multiple times with more pressure, and have never had a problem. Staff was reluctant to acknowledge damages and refused to offer any sort of compensation whatsoever. General manager was not knowledgeable, he then proceeded to admitting that it’s been a problem before? In other words don’t take your car to this establishment

Even AFTER asking for a manager to assist me, they provided no refund for the damages they made while supposedly ‘washing’ my car. With the original paint job that came with the production of my car (which I bought as new), somehow, the progressive auto car wash in Marco island managed to rip the color of the paint off of my car completely! I purchased the deluxe cleaning package and then asked to speak with the manager. They treated me with total disrespect and I will NEVER return to this establishment. If I had decided to wash my car myself, I would have gotten much better results. I would NEVER recommend this car wash to any of my friends or family, 10/10 would NOT EVER step foot in their facility again for any type of service!

I use for car wash, quick wax, and storage. They do it all well. I wish they had one in Connecticut.

So disappointed, I ask for hand wax and wash, paid $64 but I got my car full of dust that makes me feel the car didn’t even got waxed, manager came with no solution just next time free wash lol

Not impressed at all. Front desk lady seemed annoyed when asked about a car wash club membership.apparently not something offered here. They were quick to get me in my car though that's because they didn't run a vaccume well.
