Dr. Garavhi is incredible! Not only has he taken great care of my health for almost 2 years, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. His staff, Wandy B, is such a sweetheart, she is always available to respond to my needs and schedule my appointments in a timely matter. She cares so much for us the patients as well. I highly recommend becoming Dr. Garavhi’s patient!

Sara Beal has been absolutely pivotal in my mental health journey. After years of therapy, Sara was the one that finally helped me get on the right track! Very knowledgeable about medications and seeing “in between the lines” to see where the issues are really stemming from.

Couldn’t be happier with the care I receive from Sara Beal. She is very thorough, caring and understanding. Wanda is very kind and makes you feel comfortable whenever you call the office. It never takes long to get an appointment. I’ve recommended progressive psychiatry to so many friends and family who are also getting great results.

Sara has done so much to help me when I felt absolutely hopeless. She has genuine empathy and goes out of her way to make sure you feel heard and understood. I can’t thank her enough she has changed my life.

Trying to leave a review without writing a book.there is just that much wonderful things to say about Sara.when I first started I didn't think is was possible to feel as good as I do. I had horrible periods and back pains, and sense being on Cymbalta i no longer have any issues with either and iam no longer consider having a hysterotomy. I have insurance that unfortunately she does not take but being a slef pay patient is well worth it.first dr to actually listen.i will be taking my 15 year old daughter as well.

Sara actually listens and provides the proper medication for your issues. If you know what works for you, she will listen and work with you to have the most personalized treatment for each person. This is the only time I have been on medication and seen a positive change in my head.

I'm basing this on the fact that I haven't had my initial appointment yet and Wanda, the office manager, has gone above and beyond to assist me in my unique situation.simply based on these interactions I have NO DOUBT that I will be a client as long as needed at Progressive Psychiatry!

I have only had good experiences here. Sara Beal is the most caring and considerate health care professional I've ever met. She goes above and beyond with her care. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a psychiatrist.

I have suffered from bi polar disorders for over 25 years. I finally have the money and confidence to take therapy and my appointment was canceled and reception not willing to help. I have had major problems for many years was just looking for therapy to fix my mental. No other doctors available due to covid so I am screwed. Goodluck.

I was seen by Ms. Sara Beal, I was in a terrible situation suffering from panic attacks, Ms. Beal was kind and caring. I never felt alone she was always available for any questions and you feel her sincere concern. I high recommend her you will no regret it.

Sara Beal is an amazing nurse practitioner. She always treats all her patients with respect and is kind. She has the meds all down to a science. She knows exactly what you need to get better. I have suffered for 20 years with nothing helping. Within weeks she stabilized me and now I am starting to discover new interests I never thought I had. I am writing poetry, I’m learning to paint. For years I suffered not having many interests. Now I’m starting to enjoy things. I couldn’t be more thankful to Sara and her staff. They make patients feel welcome. Anytime I had a problem she tells me to contact her immediately during off hours. She truly has a gift of helping others.

I cannot recommend Sara Beal and this practice enough. I was very nervous to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was treated with such kindness by Wanda who was very reassuring and got me in immediately on a weekend. She was also the friendly face I walked into and just as pleasant in person, ready to help with anything to ensure my comfort. Upon my first appointment Sara immediately put me at ease. Her genuine care and concern for my health and well being was immediately apparent as well as her passion to help others. Her high level of expertise, attention to detail and genuine patience with me was wonderful. She takes the time to truly listen and doesn’t rush you! She continually goes above and beyond expectations, often reaching out to check on me after hours to monitor my health and ensure we are on the right path. You know you’re on the journey together and in the absolute best care here all around. I’m so grateful for all they’ve done and continue to do!

I’ve been seeing Ms. Sara Beal since mid-September, and I have nothing but wonderful and amazing things to say about her. She’s kind and patient, she truly cares about her patients, and I feel like we’re on a journey together to improve my mental health. Also, Ms. Wanda who answers the phone and helps with appointments and payments is a darling. She’s always so pleasant and friendly when she answers the phone and always responds to voicemails in a timely manner. I can’t give her enough credit for how amazing she is.

Tried to make an appointment I was running a few minutes late and they wouldn’t take me. I have major mental problems I just wanted some help.as very excited to start therapy but told I couldn’t take it there. No other doctors in the area taking new patients so I’m screwed now. This place will not help you if you have problems

When your brain isn’t working the way your used to, it’s terrifying. When you call your primary care physician several times and he brushes you off, your not only terrified your now hopeless.
Sara Beal saw me at my worst. She assured me no matter what happens she will guide me through every step. She is seriously the only medical professional I have ever felt with that cares. She is also the only medical professional that is open minded. Right away she requested lab work to look further into my health. She texted me almost every other day with updates, thoughts and questions on how I was doing.
My primary care doctor would have a secretary call me back 3 days later. Sara Beal texted me with in an hour. She gives me hope that I will get better because she is right there with me. She also surprised me because she researches and looks things over, she isn’t too proud or arrogant like other doctors I’ve worked with. Thank you Sara for being so selfless and open!

My daughter had been experiencing terrible anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. I found this office through my insurance, and we got an appointment with the nurse practitioner, Sara Beal, very quickly. She is kind and understanding and has helped us both tremendously. Sara has always been available any time we’ve needed her, always responds to texts and scheduled appointments immediately if we have any problem whatsoever. We’re both so relieved we found her and my daughter is already starting to feel better.
