Drove all around town trying to find a walk in or urgent care that would treat me for strep today and was refused by 4 places before I found this place. Glad I did! Friendly staff, clean, fast service, and way cheaper than using my insurance somewhere else! Thank you!

Staff here is awesome, and super sweet. In and out for rapid Covid testing in less than 5 min and $75.

The staff and Dr.are On Point with All Questions and Service. It been many years since I have been to a clinic that made me feel so comfortable. Believe me I was so nervous but not anymore. I will for sure be back and will be setting my husband up for a visit also.

I have been to this clinic twice. The first time I saw Julie who was absolutely amazing. It was determined that I had pneumonia. She prescribed an antibiotic and steroids. A few days after finally getting over that, my son got sick and I caught it. I waited a couple of weeks before going in just in case it was viral. My chest hurt so bad when I coughed I knew it was time to go in. This time I saw Norma. She didn't want to listen to my concerns and just diagnosed me with asthma and sent me for chest x-rays, which I immediately went and had done. It has now been 9 days since I have been seen and still no results. My chest still hurts and I have called 3 times to see if my results are in. No one had even bothered to call over to the facility to see why. Norma is not a very good provider and she definitely doesn't care about the patients health.

Visited for routine checkup and was seen by Julie Armstrong, who was absolutely amazing. She takes her time to really listen to what's going on with you and to give you the best recommendations for what she thinks will work for your situation. She is definitely the type of healthcare provider I wish more practices had. I felt comfortable talking with her and I feel that she is a healthcare provider that I can trust.

Be prepared to wait HOURS even if no one is in the waiting room. Very unprofessional staff. Cross conversations between employees and they are very short with you. Do not recommend.

The staff there are very friendly. But, don't bother making an appointment because you'll be waiting at least an hour or two if not longer to be seen. They don't really seem to have enough room and/or doctors to see their patients. Also, the room I was in smelled like urine. I literally had to hold my nose because it gave me a headache. I don't plan on going back to this one again, much rather go to the one on Summit Blvd.

Best care ever! Employees are always kind and the practitioners actually hear and listen to what you have to say. Never been disappointed there and have been using them for all my health care needs for 3 years now, hmm, maybe longer! Excellent health care.

They do not file for any kind of insurance. It is just a $85 fee. The lady at the desk was rude as well as the man standing by her. They could have told me that on the phone when I called to ask questions about the clinic instead of waiting til I came in.

The Dr there was very nice. We went for a school physical. He was concerned about her tonsils and stated my daughter needed to be on an antibiotic. When we got to the front I was told that since we were there for a wellcheck for school we would have to make a second appt to return to see about getting an antibiotic for her tonsils. Ridiculous. So much for caring about your patients. This was our first experience with Pro Health and we will not be back

Everyone is always so kind. Sometimes there is a wait, but that's a good thing. That means every patient is getting the time they need to discuss and solve their problems. They always work with me to find the most affordable prescriptions and always ask me a lot of questions so nothing gets left unsaid. The staff out front is always polite and able to answer all my questions. I have never had a bad experience going here and I trust that they will always help me.

I love this place! Donna is amazing, she gets the job done and actually listens to what you have to say! She’s great! The staff is great also, very friendly and very helpful. I love it also because you don’t have to go to a different place for blood work, they do it all right there in house! Thet are all really amazing! And the office visit is cheaper than paying a co-pay with my insurance! Best place ever! They listen and Donna will make sure you’re set and doing well before you leave!

I used Prohealth to cover my medical needs when I first moved to the area as I transitioned to local insurance and practitioners. They were great. I take a lot of prescription medications due to chronic conditions and they were fabulous about all of it. I really felt I was covered medically in that interim.

I have never dealt with someone who is as rude as Dawn Aycock. The atmosphere seemed unfriendly and stiff. In explaining my situation, she was rude and I was cut off from explaining any further. I apologized for talking so much and she comments, "that's cheap healthcare for you. " I do not recommend this place to anyone as long as she is there!

I went to visit this clinic with my husband who was having a physical, blood work and treated for a sciatic nerve pain. We were so impressed with all aspects of our experience. I'm so happy we found this place!

Donna Matthews saw me while we were traveling through Pensacola on a recent trip. I felt that my care was absolutely wonderful and she really took the time to listen and address each problem. Her explanations were exceptional. Having worked in the medical field for 40+ years, I was delighted and felt reassured after my visit. Thank you for all your help.

The people at ProHealth have always been extrmely helpful, and courteous, and I usually get out in under an hour. So glad I became a member.
