Promenade at Reflection Lakes

I just moved in 1 month ago and it’s great here. So clean, quiet, spacious vaulted ceilings, great amenities. I have a patio with views of the lake, fountain, pool, tennis court. The grounds are beautifully kept neat and clean, with a great clubhouse, nice well equipped gym, yoga/stretching room. You can tell the staff and maintenance team take pride in what they do. Yollanda made my move-in seamless and so easy, she’s a pleasure to work with and always so happy. All the staff are great and helpful, from Samantha and Sandra to Michael. It’s a great location, close to everything. This place feels like a home, with a sense of community and security.

We moved in less than a month, but we love the place so far. The common areas are well maintained, the gym is well equipped and the pool area is really nice. The office ladies are super nice and very professional. Lisa was amazing, really knowledgeable and helpful. It is a great community in a very quiet and beautiful area.

I really enjoy living at Promenade. The grounds are well maintained and people are friendly. Also, Yollanda in the office is always courteous and eager to help any way she can.

Absolutely the best place to live, (I have lived here for 7 years) safe strong buildings. No damage from Hurricane Ian, and we never flood! Staff is number one! They are always there for you! And I have a beautiful view, facing west! The vaulted ceilings make it a home instead of an apartment. And neighbors are great too! Also a lovely walk way for exercising! Come check it out!

I have lived at the Promenade for 12 years now. I love living here I always feel safe everything is centrally located around me restaurants, stores, parks and 5 minutes from where I work. Sandra, Yolanda, Samantha and the maintenance team are all wonderful anything I need at any given time they are always there to help me out. Also love the variety of food trucks we get fantastic.

Super nice team working here. Any maintenance issue I had was fixed ASAP and any question I had was answered right away. Routine maintenance and upgrades done throughout my time there. The staff members run a great operation. Really pleased with my time in that apartment.

Samantha was a huge help during my moving process. She was always great at responding with all questions I had and very professional.

We relocated here from the west coast on Nov 1,2021 and have been looking for places since September! When we finally got here we looked at so many communities… when we toured Promenade we knew right away this was the place we wanted to live! A 2 BR opened up and we spoke to Ray and she was amazing to talk with and answered all my questions! We went through the application process which was so smooth with Lisa, she was so sweet even after all my questions! After being approved, Ray took us on a tour and she made us feel so welcome! We are so excited to move-in on December 18! ;-)

Promenade is the nicest place my family and I have ever lived! It has great staff and amazing amenities. Sandra, Rachel, and Lisa are very nice and make you feel welcome at promenade. I would recommend this place to anyone I know and anyone looking to relocate.

I am about to sign my 4th lease with Promenade and this will officially be the longest apartment I have lived in. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Promenade at Reflection Lakes. Originally when I was in the process of moving to Florida, I looked at Promenade and nothing was available. They called me a couple days later after I toured and said that a unit with my specific requests just became available and wanted to know if I was still looking for a place and would be interested. The best part about it was that it was significantly cheaper than any of the other options for apartments. I applied so quickly just to ensure I got the place! This is just one example of the community’s above and beyond approach with their renters. The apartment has been perfect to say the least, it is exactly what I needed as a single female moving to a new state by herself. My neighbors are like family, always checking on each other to make sure we are good. The community is quiet since it is nestled in the middle of Reflection Lakes (a no cut through street). It’s still close to dining, entertainment and shopping (a mile from Costco/ TJMAXX and homegoods/ Target). Easily accessible to the highway. And not far from 41 which can get you anywhere you need to go. The apartment has food trucks that come regularly as a nice mid week treat! The maintenance and office staff respond quickly and efficiently to all of your requests and needs. If you are looking for a place in Fort Myers to call home, this is it.

Love my apartment complex! The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive when you have a need. The community is fun and the pool is the best. I've been here almost four years and have no regrets.

Sandra, Rachel, Lisa and the rest of the team at the Promenade, have gone above and beyond to make this experience extremely pleasant. My apartment was immaculate and they keep the community in excellent condition. This is the nicest apartment community, I have lived in.
