Prometric Test Center, Longwood FL

This only star is due to some employees who are not to blame but I am going to mention a lady who should not work there or anywhere, her name is Carmela, she has no idea what good customer service is, I had the opportunity to go and deal directly with that lady Carmela and she is discriminatory, offensive, she speaks with a rude tone, there in that office there is not a good atmosphere nor good treatment by some employees I do not have the name of another thin lady who is there, not there There is inclusion, they even seem racist. If you have the opportunity to take your test at another branch, do it, don't go there, you need a good, quiet environment where you can express yourself with a good tone of voice and with respect. They don't know how to treat the public.

I went to this testing center for a USMLE board exam and was really impressed! They called me the day before my test and told I should arrive between 7: 30-8 am for my 8: 30 am test. The check-in process was a breeze and I got to start my exam early. The proctors were very nice and helped me get in and out quickly for each of my breaks. As a heads up, if you need to use the restroom it’s a bit of a walk, so be sure to keep that in mind for any scheduled breaks! I had a great testing experience here and would go definitely go back again:)

The lady at the front desk Terry is downright rude and extremely unprofessional. My husband who is Hispanic and new to the country went to take the parapro test he was nervous because this was his first standardized test in English. He was in the lobby with other people and they were saying their name so when she got to him he said his name and she said I didn’t ask your name what are you doing here? He said I’m here to take the parapro exam and she responded with no give me your paper. Then she told him to get out his phone and read the email. He didn’t understand the issue so he asked if I could come and figure out what was going on. I walked in and asked what was the issue and she said I don’t know who you are but I don’t have to speak to you. I said yes but I’m his husband and he doesn’t understand what you are saying so please tell me so I can explain it to him. She looked at him and with the nastiest attitude says I told you to read your email speaking loudly as if he couldn’t hear her. I said Terry I’m not being rude or nasty to you so please stop acting that way with me. She said the only person acting rude here is you to yourself. I said who is your supervisor because at this point I’m tired of the disrespect and she says I Don’t have to give you that information and then she stands up and walks away. Terry is as unprofessional as they come and a stain on the company’s reputation of world class customer service. She needs to be fired or relocated to a non customer facing job because this job isn’t it. By the way we still don’t know why he wasn’t able to test he didn’t arrive late and had all of the necessary paperwork.

I love this place every time I go there to take a state exam. The staff is always so helpful and guides you through the entire process. Definitely recommend coming to the prometric testing center to take a exam.

They made the payment to me twice and I go into the application and it says that they don't have my application, I don't recommend it.

Unbelievable. They sent me an email at 2am the morning of the test to cancel it on me, and then charged me another $30 to reschedule. And you can't get hold of anyone in customer service. What an absolute scam.
