WORST PLACE possible they’re tire “techs” they hire don’t even know WHAT THEY ARE DOING between a directional tire incorrectly mounted on my car blew off not even 5 miles drive time, then the 2nd issue was a incorrect balance on my tire situation that was NEVER RESOLVED THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS!

Ms Lupe, was extremely rude continued to say she was they highest person I was able to speak to and choose to not help me instead covered for her unknowledgeable Technicians that put tires on incorrectly or don’t balance tires correctly or drop cars on there lift if I were you guys go to a DIFFERENT PLACE they tax 65$ for a used tire that will last if your lucky 2 days

THE WORST PLACE TO GO! Everyone is rude number 1. Number 2 they can't balance tires correctly, had my car shaking as soon as I left. I went back and they didn't have “time” to do so had to go to another shop to get it balanced correctly because there were no balance weights on the rim. When going to another shop I had to pay for ANOTHER tire because the one they put on my car had 2 bubbles and it was not mounted correctly and once it was balanced correctly and the new tire from the other shop was put on the shaking stopped. This all was the same day they didn't give any refund either. Lupe was super rude and wouldn't let me speak to a manager or anyone. They don't know what they're doing. At all. Please save your money.

The worst service EVER! A small nail in my tire they removed nail plug tire next leak! They say it’s not thier fault! Now I need a new tire 12/18/23! Don’t go there no customer service! HORRIBLE! I’m a frontline responder omg!

I have had my oil changed for the last time in this place. I don't like to write negative reviews, but this place earned it.

Be careful if you have your oil changed by this place. They seem to charge very cheap. But they also added 2 whole quarts less of oil to my engine. A week into driving my car, I started getting an oil light. So, I waited for my car to cool overnight and the next morning I checked the dipstick. It was way below the low marker and my car does not leak oil. I had to add 2 full quarts of oil to bring the oil to the correct level. This is how they seem to manage having low oil change prices. They could have seriously damaged my car.

I will not be going to this place again.

It is not recommended, very bad service, they tell you that the car needs parts and you take it to another mechanic and it is not true, they just want to get the money from you.

This place is my go to for tires! In & OUT IN 20 minutes on a wednrsday at lunch time friggn Awsome!

I went there tonight to get my tire fixed, after waiting 40 minutes the guy came out to me that are 4 people ahead of me that arrived after me, clearly this small business is overwhelmed and the lack of experience from people running the show are making it worse. I would leave no stars if it was an option!

Save your time and money and avoid this place! Went there to get a part replaced which costs me $480 only to have the same part messed up the first day, whoever did the job did not put the piece on properly. Bad mechanical service.

BUYER BEWARE! They charged me for the repair that created a bubble and wanted to charge me for a tire to fix the bubble they made. I picked up the business card that said, " WE GUARANTEE ALL WORK. They do not. So unfortunate, I will go elsewhere. I hope this saves ONE person $$.

Rude and don't have a process for intaking new customers other than a chaotic run around in the parking lot with sticky notes.

They have a Guatemalan Indian woman working at the front desk. She is such a hateful and poorly educated woman. She charges me for alignment and balancing and a week later I return because the balancing is wrong and she wants to charge me again. The service is terrible. They treat you like a trash

So the lady I just spoke with is a straight idiot and I hate to say that I’m telling her I need to get a car towed there. They’ve gotten four tires from them before I have a key to the tires but I lost the key so I wanted to make sure that they still have that key available. She keeps telling me well. Your car has a key set no ma’am we know that we don’t have the key. That’s why I’m calling you. It’s like while you just have to bring the car here no ma’am I have to pay for a towing and then if you don’t have the key I have to pay for another towing so that’s gonna cost me $600 to go back-and-forth just straight no, since I asked her three times to talk to the owner and manager or a mechanic, and she refused

It's a lousy service. I don't come back here anymore, I don't recommend it to anyone

The worst service I've ever done in my life, I took my car to change tires, change the oil, and fix the check engine, they changed a part that had already been changed, then I've taken the car back twice, and they tell me that Well, as soon as I get home and the same problem comes back, I'm tired, I need the car and every time I take it, they have it for two days, and the problem continues, the worst service
