Great butcher, sandwiches & burgers always taste extremely fresh. A bit pricey but as the old idiom states “you get what you pay for” definitely worth the taste.

This place is outstanding. Pick your sausage and they make you the most fantastic sandwich. Had sausage and peppers, wow. And they have all sorts of sausages for sale. Friendly service. Nice neighborhood. Just go.

Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent quality products. My favorite is fig and blue cheese sausage but every is good.

Their hot sauce is excellent but I found the sausages lacking flavor. I am also not a big fan of this trend of asking for tips even buying goods. You need a tip for handing me my purchases?

Ordered off Uber eats delivery. Sandwiches were delivered fast and fresh! Best sandwiches I’ve had in miami in a long time. The roast beef is second to none, the brine is flavoring is delicious! Tasty, crunchy lettuce and tomato, bread was perfect. Great work to the team at proper sausages!

What can I say - if you like sausages and meat in general, Proper Sausages will deliver. I especially like their figs and blue cheese sausages. They also have a cool selection of beer and sodas. Anyone who lives near this places knows it.

I've tried several styles of their sausages and meats, and they've all been excellent! I will most definitely continue buying top grade meat with them.

I feel so lucky to have such an amazing proper sausage shop in my neighborhood. If you haven’t already stop by and get an assortment of artisan sausages. I recommend the blue cheese and date. On the grill any time

Spring 2022: Since then, I’ve found Josh’s Premium meats. Far better selection, advice, and service.

Summer 2021
I’ve been here 6 or 7 times and have never felt so unwelcomed. First the guy behind the counter had a terrible attitude when I tried to drink water, which I was waiting to pay for. Apparently, you cant drink anything you buy because of the mask. Fair enough. I still didn’t appreciate the attitude but figured you’ve got to put up with this for their super special meats.

I was asked to wait outside while I waited for the food being prepared. My buddy asked for a medium temp burger and they were pretty unfriendly about telling us its either med rare or well done. Sounds stupid, but fine. If the food is great, then I might out it up with it. We will take med rare.

When I asked if I could throw away the empty water bottle, I was told it was now mine and they can’t throw away someone else’s garbage.
Perhaps most angering was the elitist undertone to everything. Finally, the burger was well done even though I asked for medium rare. What a bunch of losers.

I hope one day someone treats them the same way.

The name says it all, it's proper sausage, meat, pork and more.

I would give it 100 as a final score.

Yes, you might need to queue at the door.
But, be patient, it's a place you'll absolutley adore.
Needless to say no veggie options, let's not start a war.
Just make sure to try the sausages, I mean all of them, buy all four.

Additionally, you'll find wine, craft beer and a selection of British produce,
like Marmite, Twiglets and mustard for you to use.
Again, give it a try, you have no excuse.

Excellent smoked, cured meats and they have a fresh meat case also. They have lots is samples out of their smoked sausages. Also different jellies to try. Bring a cooler and load up!
