Very careful dealing with this company.
PropLogix is an immature, unprofessional, low paying and wasteful company. When a youtuber pointed on how their waste millions of dollars on a building while underpay their own employee by 50% at the market rate, they even went on to call him nasty names on social media.
Edit: now you are accusing me as such when I never claim such thing. The fact is your company called Joshua Fluke who exposed your bad practices an uneducated bootcamp sales person. Go ahead check your records even if you already deleted and silent people.

Don’t work for these scam artist. They have no heart! Fired 50 people for no reason then turned around and hired a handful more people. Don’t work here and don’t use them!

I’ve dealt with the CFO on a transaction and I’ve found him to be a dishonest scammer! When I’ve attempted to resolve the issue, he resorted to name calling. Very immature and unprofessional. I’d stay away from a company that employs such a person with low moral turpitude.

PropLogix is truly the best! I've used several different lien search companies in the past but the kind of customer service and attention I receive is amazing. My account manager Luis Burgos is absolutely outstanding. Luis is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He bends over backwards to accommodate my requests, from small deals to bulk order of 125 lien searches and surveys. I would be lost without Luis. If you're not using PropLogix you should start. And ask for Luis.

This is just a copy and paste company that does what someone can do in 29 mins……. Horrible company that has horrible pay makes horrible employees…. Good luck!

I normally like to use a local business; however, Proplogix is very communicative, creates realistic expectations and delivers when expected. If they can't meet a due date, they let you know immediately. The customer service is VERY GOOD. I'll continue to use them because they are a company with integrity.
