Great store with great prices. I ordered some hair clippers online and received a discount for being a new customer. I picked up the clippers the same day and they gave me some products for free. It was a great experience and I’ll be sure to do business with them again. Great customer service.

Still haven’t received my order been almost a month haven’t received a email or a call or anything in regards to my order I guess they think its ok to just take a month while they already have my money with no communication with any type of update and other sites say 3 day delivery for the same item nah ill pass give me my money and i do not recommend anyone else biy anytging from them its probably a scam

Just received my new JRL clippers and trimmer. Delivery was fast the product and packaging seem solid and very well put together. I normally do all my business through barber supply plug but after this experience I’m most likely becoming a regular much love

One of the only places that offers a 9 inch styling comb to my liking. *EDIT, 11 months later: These combs are absolutely wonderful and are as good as the day I bought them! Money well spent! Satisfied customer, here!

I haven't been this satisfied with an online purchase in quite a while. The price on the product I was looking at was less here than Ebay and Amazon, shipping was free. The best part was, I ordered the clippers on a Friday morning and the package arrived Saturday afternoon. In my past experiences online, next day shipping is very expensive. This was standard, free shipping, and I had product in hand the following day. I will buy from PST again.

I now know why there prices are lower. The resale items that have been used and then tell the customer that they don’t inspect the items and if there’s any problems it’s covered by the manufacturer. Please save yourself time and understand the discounted price comes with insult and inconvenience for you. I bought a pair of trimmers for a Master Barber and of course there customer service instructed the barber to contact Andis! No apology will be accepted. No more business will be given and I promise to spread by word to all my friends This is not the place to buy anything. Thank you for an awesome learning experience!

I ordered the style craft rebel clippers, got them in tonight, was so excited, opened the box and the clippers are used! I’m sooo mad! I didn’t pay full price for used clippers! This is not okay! There was even hair on them

Ordered Babyliss clipper/trimmer set for my wife as a Christmas present. I could have bought them from somewhere closer as we are all the way across the country, but took a gamble due to their stellar Black Friday price. Long story short there was a manufacturer issue with the LED light on the clippers. They are getting 5 stars due to their customer service. They immediately sent a FedEx label for return and sent a new pair of clippers to use within 2 weeks during the holiday season. They have earned my trust for future orders.
