Edit: I've seen another hygienist in the same practice, and I was nervous. She was awesome, too. I thanked her for her careful care and she was so humble about it.

I've been working with Joanna for a while addressing my sleep apnea. I'm a typical person that deals with medical issues by ignoring it. Joanna has been wonderful in helping me address my sleep apnea with a sleep appliance vs.a cpap. I did not want to have to lug a cpap around while traveling and the sleep appliance has been physically and psychologically less intrusive.

This has been a very gratifying experience. Im so thankful with the staff and the dentist they are amazing human been. I'm grateful for all the support and compassion I received. I went with a very negative mindset and came out with a positive attitude. I'm very excited for the future of my teeth.

What a great staff and doctor. This is a new dentist for me and I am so pleased that I found this office. They make you feel like you are the only patient. The whole atmosphere is so pleasant.

When I called to make my 2 sons appointment the girl who took my call took all my information down. I waited for about a month to get seen for my 1st son just to say they don’t take his insurance. This is very unprofessional and this office literally just wasted our time! They have to do better in training the girls there so they don’t waste anybody’s else’s time!

My wife went there this afternoon for her appointment and consultation. We she received her quote for the work that needs to be done. To us it's still money we don't have. However this Practice gives you hope and a plan and they will work with you. They care about people. As I was waiting out in the waiting area, I witnessed 3 or 4 customers coming in to talk to the doctor. This establishment made time for everyone. The Professional Woman who was the gatekeeper and greeted everyone with a smile and a kind word was also the one who consulted my wife on her treatment plan. I was blown away back at least 25 years with her manners and she touched my wife's arm and rubbed explaining the plan. They Care about their patients and should be Celebrated for doing so in This World today. Thank You!

Best Dentist and staff, hands down. I was very nervous after not been to the dentist in a while due to Covid. But the dentist and office staff made me feel so comfortable and the dentist explained everything. I am proud that this dentist is in my community and giving back so much. I recommend everyone go here for service you will not not regret it. I felt so good when I left really help me feel better about my smile. Thank you all so much and god bless.

Receptionist said I have to pay there special which was 59.95 for consultation and exam. I told her I Needed crown after having root canal just a week before. She said no problem we will take care of it the same day. It won't be any more than 1100 for your crown and 59.95 for exam. I get to this office and they give me a quote of 1800 and want to send me to a specialist.and for no reason! I went and got my crown on and that dentist said they were trying to get money out of you! No one would proceed to do a root canal if you need to see a specialist.specialist first root canal after.

They are very friendly in this place and I appreciate that very much and very good with their work

Great staff! Everyone is so nice and friendly. They tell me what I need with a hassle free way to go about it. No pushy sales tactics like other places. Dr. Zambrano does great work. 5 Stars all around!

I was treated by Providence Dental Deltona yesterday by Dr. Zambrano. The staff at this practice are absolutely amazing From the front desk, the Dental Assistant and the Dr.himself were all very friendly, informative and made me feel very comfortable. It's very hard to find all of these qualities in everyone in an entire staff these days. Thank you all for a great experience! I will definitely return.

Joanna was phenomenal with extreme expertise in customer service. She took several calls from me and took care of my needs. She goes above and beyond. You should give her a raise.

This encounter was one of the best interactions I have ever had at the dentist. The entire office staff, from the receptionist to the dentist, was friendly and engaging. They made me feel like I was the only patient in the office - even though that was far from true. It was also the most seamless transaction EVER when it came to my treatment plan and insurance acceptance!

The dentist is not something I typically look forward to seeing, but Dr. Zambrano, Lisa & Rhina (Apologies if spelled incorrectly) provided the best customer experience I have encountered. They all are very knowledgeable while providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this office to anyone in search of a new dental professional.

The best dentist I have ever had, very honest, never overbill, only do what you need, not looking for the most expensive treatment, only for what you really need. This doctor is an Angel.
