Reasonably priced and a great product. I have an outdoor cat who prefers to be outdoors, but I kept having people pick him up and call me like he had escaped. I had new tags made with his name, "not all who wander are lost" "Neutered and vaxxed" on the front, and "I check in with my mom daily" and my phone number. He's not been bothered since. He will occasionally lose his safety collar, so I buy the tags in multiples so I can replace them when he looses them. I'll keep ordering tags from here as long as Winston likes living outside.

The name plate is absolutely gorgeous! The rosewood is a beautiful color and the engraving is impeccable. My coworker is going to love it! The dangling name tags fall off my dog in less than a year. I bought a tag that slides onto the collar & it lasted until my dog's death. Just got a new dog & bought 2 new slide on ID tags, one for each of the collars. Love them & am expecting them to last for the dog's lifetime!

I'm very happy with the quality of the engraved plate I ordered: 1"x4" plastic. But the ordering process needs improvement. The customer enters the text and selects the font, but the text doesn't change appearance with the selection of the font, as it should. The color selection step should explain that, for example, white/green means green letters on a white background. The plate comes with the lettering centered on the plate and enlarged as much as possible without looking too crowded. This should be explained or it should be visually shown and adjustable. In my case I needed screw holes, but that isn't an option offered. That results in my screw heads overlapping the lettering. There really should be an option in the ordering process to request leaving room for holes.

I purchased these name tags for myself & my employees. They were even better in person. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would do five star if there was an option for magnetic attachment. The pinning leaves hole marks on dress shirts. I made an error on one of my tag but that's on me.
