Provident Oceana Beachfront Suites, Treasure Island FL

Stayed on the bay side for 4 days and left on Christmas. Rooms are spacious and include everything, dishwasher (with soap) washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, and a great porch. We watched the Boat parade and had a spectacular time.

There is a separate hotel across the street with Gulf side views, and a roof top sunset deck which you are free to use.

They get the two stars for the service and location. My sisters and I stayed in 403 E.and although the view was as expected the interior was not. The photos and description that you see online aren’t what you get in reality. The beds are horribly uncomfortable, the carpet is so filthy and stained you worry about walking on it and bare feet. The furniture in the living room is old and outdated and sinks in. It’s supposed to be a home away from home and they don’t even put anything in the cabinet the TV sets on. No books no games no knickknacks. They don’t even put coasters on the coffee table. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing weekend and very expensive.

First time in FL and I was not disappointed. Friendly staff at check in. Stayed on the gulf side and the views were perfect. The weather was not cooperative for the beach, so we plan to be back! Thank goodness for the pools though! The location is just right, the rooms are perfect size for a family, the use of washer/dryer and dishwasher make the unpacking back home so stress free. [home away from home] Thank you for allowing our family (and dog too) such a relaxing stay!

Only drawbacks were problems with their Wi-Fi, and the hot tub wasn't so hot one day, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were spacious and clean, and overall it was a really nice place. And location right across from the beach, what more could you ask? Thank you for a nice stay!

The place is great, the view is amazing, just I thing I would do it to add some cameras on the property. Overall fantastic place.

This was an amazing weekend! Being a Florida resident this was definitely a home away from home and we didn’t want to leave! I have already booked my next staycation! The Bay view is hands down the best! There is always something to watch on the water from boats and jet skies to dolphins and rays. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. There are tv’s in each room if you need some down time and a fully stocked kitchen. The beach is a quick walk across the street with cabana rentals available and a beautiful sunset. All of this would not be possible without the amazing staff. Stop looking and book your stay here!

Was able to get a room last minute after an ordeal with a vrbo. They were more than accommodating, super clean and we even had a suite with a great view! Would highly recommend.

We had another great stay at our favorite resort again this summer! Second time staying at condos on the Boca Ciega Bay side. Everything was just as nice as last year! So many great places to enjoy, and all close to the Oceana. All of the staff are great! We will be back next year, Lord willing.

Great location, very clean, very friendly. I would choose this place again next time we are in town. I had family sunset photos taken and they came out great! Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

If you're looking for a peaceful place this is definitely the place no shops close no pier etc not a lot to do

Beautiful beachfront property. Could not be a better location.

Beds are not the most comfortable, and the pillows are terrible, so bring to your own if you actually want to sleep here. No amenities provided in the rooms either, so you need to purchase (and then donate the extra) your own trash bags, dish soap, etc.

By far though, the worst part of our experience here was “Maintenance Man Greg. ” Rude, nasty attitude. Clearly hates his job and takes it out on the guests. My wife and 10 month old child were riding down the elevator and were berated by him the entire ride. Completely unacceptable. His entire LITERAL job is to maintain and clean the place. If that is cause for complaint, then find a new job Greg! You don’t berate a woman and infant trapped with you in an elevator because you think “the place is trashed. ” (FYI: it’s 4th of July Holiday - you’re gonna be busy). If the millions and millions of tourist dollars that are pumped each year into this derelict relic town from the past which sustain it entirely are not good enough for you, Greg, or the 10’s of thousand of dollars guest pay to stay here each week and which directly pay your wage aren’t good enough for you, then go find a new job!

Our photographer Alex was amazing. He led the photo shoot how a photographer is supposed to. He also stayed late to edit the photos, came to our condo and allowed us to pick through the photos we really loved. The photos were also amazing and very well done.highly recommend!

We stayed for one night passing through. Oh how I wish we had longer to stay. Large roomy space, within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Love the balcony with overlook of bay. Nice pool with options to rent kayaks, bikes or cabanas. I will definitely be back with the family. Especially with full size kitchen and separate rooms. Great price!

BEWARE! Going through online booking shows one price. Then after booking you find out they charge an extra $20 per night resort fee for two bottles of water and towels. It’s not disclosed until after booking. What scammers!

"My new home away from home”! I absolutely enjoyed my weekend at oceana provident.the room was clean an spacious, the lake side had very Zen vibe views also, the staff was very helpful during making reservations an during checking in. Great place to take the family an or friends.

We are returning customers of Provident Oceana and our stay has again fulfilled our needs and wants! We stayed gulf side and you cannot beat the sunsets and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The condo is close to resturants, Publix, and Walgreens, but away from the crowds. Another plus are the cabanas right on the beach for rent. This has been very convenient and loved by our family. This year we noticed that Oceana Provident also started offering beach towels which is a plus. In addition, they are now offering 25 min family photo sessions. We were booked with Keana, who was super sweet and captured our little growing family perfectly. I will say the only thing that was a downfall to our specific condo is that the awning did not work on our patio. After a long hot day in the sun it would have been ideal to sit outside and not be scorched by the sun. Also, housekeeping should spend some time wiping down doors especially by the handles. The white shows everything. However, that did not ruin our stay and we would return again. Thanks, PO!
