P.S. Grind, St Pete Beach FL

Everything about this cute place should be better than the service we got hahaha customer service is NOT their specialty. I ordered a chai latte with shots of espresso (apparently it doesn't come with them, so not a latte then?) When I got it I asked if it had espresso in it (didn't taste so) and Cody goes "well you'll have to pay for it". Ok? I just paid for my drinks & asked for it so not sure where the miscommunication was.
Anyways, every year there's a weird issue with customer service. Try the coffee shop up the street instead if you stay here! Will not be getting coffee from here for the rest of our stay. Expensive blah coffee flavor for not being treated well.

Ordered a chai, got some kind of latte. It wasn't busy and only one person working, so he obviously didn't know what a chai even was. Another iced coffee was supposed to have cream and caramel, no caramel was in it. Boo.

Pastries are all from somewhere else and reheated. And they were running out of everything around 8 AM. Coffee had a weird artificial flavor and it was a regular macchiato.

Delicious coffee and the exquisite cinnamon roll! The girl who helped us was very friendly. I recommend them!

Says open, door was open, signs out, completely dark inside. Staff walked by and did not even speak to me.

Checked their hours, walked here only to find that they were closed, even though sign on the counter said "Open at 7am" (It was nearly 9am). Disappointing. Keep your hours up to date!
